Kids Spot's Online Review Report Card

We followed Tara to this office from Trinity when "kids spot" bought out our old therapy office. If it wasn't for Tara and Olivia, we would've left this office immediately. The office staff is almost impossible to reach. When it comes to billing and insurance authorizations, unless you are willing to call daily and communicate with your insurance yourself, they will take WEEKS for authorization requests to be sent. This happened every time my child's evaluation was due. Which we never had this issue before kids spot bought out our old office. After getting a phone call the day before my child's appointment saying her speech therapist "just quit", which I doubt because we had been seeing her for almost 4 years, we decided to finally leave. They're a big corporate company and it definitely shows.

I am so thankful for this place and especially Vanessa. I took my son here for about 18 months and she is so great with kids. She is the type of person that will go to stores and buy toys and games that she will be able to play with the kids.

No one ever answers the phone and all information for my child was submitted and two weeks have gone by and no response. I leave voicemails and they never return calls.

I Dont like writing reviews but i am so disappointed at this place . My son was suppose to attend for ST at 8 and OT at 8:30 . I took him to therapy on a Monday and i received a call that i needed to pick him up at 8:30 because his OT therapist wasn’t coming in that day . Funny when i go pick my son at 8:30 i see his OT getting out of her car and going into the office . They lied , a week later im informed that his OT was leaving the office and from there my son has been floating or cancelling his sessions. Understanding that they are short staffed with their therapist because my sons speech therapist also left the office , i requested a discharge letter to take him to another office and let me tell you the struggle i had to go through to get that letter . 3 weeks and i only got it because i went in person to get it if not , i will still be going back and forth with emails with Jenni that she ended up ignoring too . So disappointed And before you guys say something about this post not being true , this account is under my maiden name . My last name now is Dishmey

Unprofessional. Sessions felt rushed and they barely took the time to let us parents know what was going on. Did not communicate well at all.

Rianna is great with my son and he is comfortable with her. She gives me feedback for daily tasks to help him.

scream frustrated not been able to express himself and as soon he started with Gabe he bcame more social now he turned 2 and we understand him he is more relax. I took him to therapy to help him not to get behind eventhough doctors said he was find for his age. I will recommend Communication Corner & More to anyone love the professionalism and staff!!

When my daughter first started here, she rarely made eye contact, had very few words and was very much in her own little word. In just 3 months, she holds eye contact almost 100 percent of the time when you talk to her, she has so many words I?ve lost count and she is very much a part of our world now. She is completely coming out of her shell and enjoying learning. She surprises not only me but her therapists and teachers everyday with how smart she is and how much she has learned in such a short period. I really can’t say enough about her therapists. Ms. Jenna, Ms. Emily and Ms. Carly are absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and so patient. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for her but I know Communication Corner will be a huge part of it.
