Clean and very friendly, caring urgent care facility. Always taken care of in a timely matter and the staff is very knowledgeable and explains everything well. We never feel like we are being rushed. My wife and I would rather go her than our PCP office.

MedExpress in Wesley Chapel is my go-to!! The only disappointment is that you no longer have on-site meds. It was such a super convenient way to get basic meds when I was sick without having to wait for a prescription to be filled. I wish you would bring back the on-site Pharmacy!

Website said walk in welcome, we walked in at 6:45 and was told all appointments were taken and we could not be seen until tomorrow morning. Not a very urgent care facility. The website also said appointments making coming soon walk-ins welcome. Sticking to Florida medical urgent care.

Went to have shingles diagnosed. It was shingles indeed but there was no doctor there to give me any prescriptions for the ailment. The woman who confirmed my diagnosis was very sweet and sympathic but was unable to help me further.

Terrible service!!! If you need a medical office to visit, look for a different one. They have scheduled an appointment for 6:30pm and it's 7:30pm still waiting to get my drug test done, and there was only three people ahead of me when I have checked in at 5:15pm

Rarely (or never!) do i give 5 stars for a medical clinic, but these guys deserve it, at least based on the couple of visits that my familly has made there. Now they accept appointments too! Clean , professional friendly and efficient experience. And pretty good operating hours compared to many other places
