EDIT: We were seen 9/28 and Dr.Hartman did an outstanding job treating our child who is being treated for her illness. Thank you Dr.H! Because nobody wants to respond to my message I had left a week ago. I’m going to say that the front office and the building in general, everyone is so so sweet and I love them. We came to the doctors office for my daughters 4 year check up. We were charged for a hearing test before we got her ears checked when I stated “hey, I think she has an ear infection” $40 later and no recheck, we fail our hearing test. We get set up in the room, ears were clear but full of ear wax, once cleaned still no hearing recheck. In which I want a refund for. Anyways, her original pediatrician wasn’t available so we saw a different doctor which I will post the gentleman’s name because I know other families love him, just not a fit for us. I stated that my daughter has been coughing and congested for well over a week. I was totally brushed off. Our actual pediatrician, who works in the same office, always calls on a set of antibiotics JUST IN CASE. She always does a head to toe check EVERY visit, which this gentleman did not. Checked her heart rate and not even her her lungs. $200 later my concerns were completely brushed off. I took matters into my own hands and started breathing treatments this week with steroids. As of today we are running a 101 fever. So when someone from the office sees this message, please finally call me. Thank you.

This was our very first visit with Dr. Buzzeo. He was very attentive to the girls, listened to their concerns, and addressed what needed to be done for continued health.

Dr. Wilde is far from an amazing Pediatric doctor. He makes decisions that are not for the best interests of the child and parent. He steps over his bounds and makes changes over other doctors consents without running it over with the physician or the parent of the child first. He is not for the best interests of children. Maybe for his own children, but not others.

Dr. Wilde is a fantastic healthcare professional & pediatrician. He shows great compassion and clinical care with his patients. Not only does he take amazing care of our three children, but he’s the one I recommend to all my patients being an eye doctor.

Dr Buzzeo is a wonderful doctor. He take the time with my son. He explain things to us. I would like all doctors learn from him to how to treat a patient. He shows that he care about his patients.

Dr. Perea is one of the best pediatricians I’ve ever met. This two star review is for the office team. I have spent the last month trying to get my child’s medical record from them, because she needs care now that we have moved. I have had faxes sent from the new office, I have sent emails, I have called, I have filled out a release to have them emailed to ME, etc, and they still fail to send it. The new office is now canceling my appointment until I can provide records. PHCA keeps saying they will call me back with updates, they do not. They keep trying to transfer my calls to the incorrect place. When I call to ask if the records department has even received my email and forms, they say *the person who can access that email address is not available*. I have never heard such an outrageous thing. If you have a child here, and need records, go to the desk to sign the forms, and stand there until YOU have them IN HAND. ****In response to owner’s comment- No my issue HAS NOT been addressed! The records department is not responding to me. An office worker (whose typical job is not to send records) has been trying to fax the record for me but the new office has not received it. They called me just now. I have given the new office the records I had through the portal, but they are saying it is not enough. And no your office manager has not tried to help me. I am doing my best to put together my child’s records from my paperwork and the portal. ****
