From the minute I arrived in the ER I was treated with urgency, professionalism, and concern for my comfort. My admission went smoothly and my room was awesome. My nurses, Mark during the day, and my 2 nurses at night, forgive me I'm bad at names, we're awesome. I was treated as if I was their loved one. Everything was spotless throughout the hospital. Dismissal was quick and efficient. My surgeon, Dr. Tran, was the best and I will be using him for future surgeries. The best experience one could ever expect.

My experience at Baycare Medical Group is always exceptional. Dr. Tran's office staff are efficient, conscientious and caring. They heard my concern and I was able to see Dr. Tran on the same day I called. I love the online check in before arrival, a real time saver. Dr. Tran is a skilled, knowledgeble, experienced surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Tran to anyone I care about. Thank you Dr. Tran and BayCare Medical Group.

Horrible experience. Dr Tran has little to no bedside manner or care. Removed my gallbladder and failed to see me or call my wife after surgery. Gave no information about what to expect following surgery and then became upset when I had to visit the ER in Horrible pain the night after surgery. Follow up visit 2 weeks later and he just walked in with discharge papers and said no need to follow up. Didn't even perform a examination or ask me any questions. When I confronted him about his lack of care he became abusive in his actions and words and told me to never come to his office again!!This 5 star rating is way wrong!!!
