Samantha Lindsay's Online Review Report Card

This review is solely based on my interaction with the receptionist who works here. She is beyond rude, not only was I diagnosed incorrectly when I am questioning her about it she said we "assumed" this is what you have. Excuse me? You are prescribing medications and diagnosing patients over assumptions?! WOW! On top of all that when I ask to speak to a doctor she gave me unnecessary attitude and hung up on me.

I have been A PATIENT of Dr. Samantha Lindsay along with my spouse for almost 3 years, she is a very kind and passionate physician who actually listens and cares.  She doesn't do what's unnecessary, she only does what is right for the patient. She comes highly recommended. I am a heart patient as well as my spouse and we know what an uncaring AND TOO BUSY FOR YOU LOOKS LIKE.  Dr Samantha Lindsay is not that we appreciate all she she does for us..

I had a serious concern and made that clear at my appointment. After the appointment doctor Lindsay sent me for a MRI and must have not seen my implant although she asked about it. The place that does MRI said I couldn’t get a MRI due to the implant. I made Susan aware of that and I couldn’t get the MRI and asked for the doc to call me to see what else would help, that was the same day as I saw the doctor. The next day was Friday and I did not get a call from the doctor. On Monday I called again and Susan the receptionist said that I was to get a MRI, to which I told her again I can’t get a MRI, that was the second time telling her this. Not to fear, Susan called and got my voicemail and left the message that my MRI has been approved by my insurance company. When I called on Monday I asked again for the doc to call me. By Thursday I got tired of waiting and called to remove me from her active patients. She finally called back on the next Thursday, 13 days later. You have been warned.

DO NOT GO HERE!! You WILL NOT be seen by an actual Doctor, only a PA that knows nothing of what she’s doing. I thought I would see Samantha Lindsay MD, but she only sees VIP patients (which costs $$$ on a membership). The PA has sent me to several specialists who took my money and did not treat me. She is not knowledgeable enough to treat an illness. Receptionist is very rude and hangs up on you while addressing your concerns. Do yourself a favor and find a primary care DOCTOR who is caring and is knowledgeable.

Fantastic doctor! She has great bedside manners, super friendly and professional. They are actually concerned about surprise bills and insurance coverage and help to make sure that is minimized or doesn't happen. I've been a patient with her for over a year and have no complaints. 5 stars.

Unnecessary appoints just to make a buck. Front desk receptionist is rude and tries to enforce authority she doesn’t have.

Do not go here. You will not see the Doctor unless you join their VIP services for an additional $250. This is not disclosed, as should be, to new patients.

So far so good.  We are new patients.  I had all the usual tests done and results were communicated to me quickly.  I really liked the PA I saw.  I did not see Dr. Lindsay.  The front office staff has also been pleasant.

Love love love Dr. Lindsay!!! Takes the time to really listening and talk to her patients. Very personable and thorough!!

Dr.Linsay and her stuff made me feel comfortable. Glad she is my primary Doctor.
