This is the second or third time that I’ve been here and it’s been absolutely great. The staff is super friendly. The doctor is great as well. I definitely recommend it.

I’ve taken my child to this practice for about a year. We went to a total of around five or six appointments between routine visits and sick visits. The physician, NP, and MA’s we’re always very friendly and professional. The reason we left this practice was due to wait times. Every one of our appointments we waited anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour past our appointment to see the physician or NP. The waiting room is small and has no full sized chairs which makes waiting even worse. I understand practices run behind but every appointment I went to we weren’t even told they were running behind and we were just left to sit in the waiting room with no updates. I’ve asked in the past how much longer the wait was going to be to the front desk and the woman at the front desk was annoyed I asked her.

Exceptional Care for Our Little Ones! We are incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Masterman. From the moment we stepped into the office, the warm and welcoming atmosphere put us at ease. Dr. Masterman is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely caring and compassionate. My youngest daughter and both of my grand babies love her! Each visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Masterman takes the time to listen to our concerns, thoroughly explains each step of the examination, and offers valuable advice tailored to our needs. It’s clear that the health and well-being of the children is the top priority here. The staff is friendly and efficient, making scheduling appointments a breeze. We never have to wait long, and the office is always clean and organized. We highly recommend Dr. Masterman to any parent looking for a skilled and attentive pediatrician. It’s comforting to know your child is in such capable hands! Thank you for the outstanding care sandhill Pediatrics!!

Dr Masterman is the absolute best. Extremely personable and “real”. Very knowledgeable. Kendra, one of the MA’s is also amazing. When my son has needed immunizations, I swear that woman is a ninja. Done better even I know she’s done it. Always very easy to get in touch with someone when needed. I also like that they have a “well” waiting room and a separate waiting room for kiddos who aren’t feeling so great. We’ve always found the office to be very clean and wait times tend to be minimal.

Dr. Wendy and her staff are amazing! The front desk always answers on the first or second ring and are very accommodating. Dr. Wendy extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She take time to answer each question and explain things throughly. The entire staff has made each visit a great experience!

Finding a pediatrician is so hard, I am so glad we found Dr.Masterman and everyone else here! They are incredibly reassuring, not pushy at all, and can always get our kids an appointment when we need to be seen.
