I have always had a great experience with the doctors. But administration is the WORST. I had to pay full fee with the reassurance that it would be returned after they billed the insurance. THEY NEVER biledl the insurance and now they want me to track down the biller( medbiz partners) to fix their mistakes. Instead of them resolving my issue or just VERIFYING THE INSURANCE! Still waiting on my refund from JULY!

1 star. Worst customer service ever. This was the conversation. Her- Do you consent to vaccinations? Me - Oh he's already vaccinated and everything, I can bring you the paperwork. Her - I understand, I will ask this again, do you consent to vaccinations? Me - I'm sorry, I don't understand the question because like I said he is up to date so I don't consent to extra vaccinations if that's what you're asking. Her - Sir, I understand, I must ask again, do you consent... Me - He's already been vaccinated!

Amazing service, very attentive. Called on a friday afternoon to ask for my sons physical that i needed for him to get cleared to start footballs try-outs the following monday. I was mesmerized, the called Saturday morning ro go get the EL2. I cant have a better doctors office for my son

Love the doctor she is great but the office overall has been going downhill for a while. No phone contact, ridiculous wait times behind your appointment.

STAY AWAY!! Only about making money, appt after appt, wait for hours in waiting room, has his whole family working their just sitting around on phones, then have an attitude when you ask a question. Doc also makes u fill out 4 hours of online info EVERY visit, rather than talking to parents and child. Worst doctors office EVER

The front office personnel are prompt, professional and thorough. The Drs’ have always been the main reason we have been going to Sunshine since my older one was born who is now going to be 17 yrs!!!
