The dentist was phenomenal. But the lack of communication with this company and scheduling is a nightmare. I was told this location would have laughing gas and they do not. The call center and scheduling department is the worst I've ever dealt with.

My daughter had a dentist appointment at 1 pm, I left work early and took her out of school early as well, she has braces so I need to take her to the orthodontist to remove wires first. At the dentist we waited like 30 to 45 minutes until she was called to be seen I guess they were at lunch. So they told me she can't have the cleaning done because the person who does it broke her wrist and would be out until September. I got so mad because they called me the day before to confirm the appointment and should told me about it. Or either call me the same day and I wouldn't leave work early or take my daughter early from school. Previous visits I needed to wait long.

Everyone from the moment I walked in (as a walk-in. No appointment) was extremely polite and caring!!!!! I will forever be a patient here, regardless of my private health and dental insurance!!!

The staff was very friendly and personable. However, my mother was a little obtunded because of her morning meds. We will reschedule for an early to mid afternoon appointment.

It's a great place, and we've visited the dentist twice. Everyone is very friendly. The children have a fun visit and receive a toothbrush! My children are amazed! It was a quick process from registration to the doctor, taking less than 10 minutes!
