It has been 6 weeks since questionnaire was filed out and referral was sent 3 times by doctor. Front desk Abby continues to say she is missing 1 of the 2 although she confirmed previously having both. The lack of organization and lack of communication has made this place into a dump. You can’t schedule an appointment and front desk always says someone will call to schedule but obviously that has not occurred in almost 2 months. Even the owner Kim was notified last week and still has yet to have this issue addressed. Stay away from this place!

Speech therapist Kim stopped attending my child’s school, for weeks without informing me. I would’ve had no idea until one of his teachers mentioned they haven’t seen her in a long time. I mentioned it to her, and she was nonchalant about the whole thing, even though her JOB IS ATTEND THE SCHOOL AND PROVIDE THERAPY. Very unprofessional!!!

My son has been going to therakids plus for a little over a year. Suzette, Jordan and Camilla are all amazing therapists and I appreciate the time spent with my son to help him grow. I will always recommend to friends and family in search of occupational therapy or speech therapy. I have seen amazing improvement in my son since starting.

My son has been going to Therakids Plus for about 8 months and we have been thrilled with all of the progress he has made! The therapists are friendly, knowledgeable and great at their jobs. I also like that the offices are clean and they sanitize after each session. I would definitely recommend!

My daughter’s therapists for several years have provided professional and kind attention to her. I like that the therapist staff is stable ( often not the case at other practices). For more than 4 years she has been seen by the same therapists. They are diligent with insurance paperwork and with school coordination.

The staff is wonderful especially Michelle at the front desk. So friendly and willing to help. Suzette is probably the best Ot I know. She goes above and beyond for her little clients. My daughter adores her!
