Was able to make an appointment at 7pm and they saw me immediately. I am a self pay patient and visits begin at 150 and raise depending upon what your specific needs may be. The starting cost is right on the money for self pay patients like myself! The nurses and Dr who saw me were courteous, attentive and they didn't rush me. I was given some antibiotics and today, I am starting to feel like myself already! Thank you so much for your kind care and professionalism!!

Always get the kids school physicals here. Great place.

Waited over an hour to see a doctor, and another hour for a strep test said to take "6-10 minutes." I feel like they forgot about me. I ended up crying out of stress because I paid $150 (yes they raised their prices, it used to be $100), and didn't receive any care besides gaslighting and a combative attitude from the doctor. My throat is so much worse today and I'm out of money. I don't recommend this office.

We came to the clinic without an appointment and were seen very quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was professional, caring, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We really appreciated the fast service and the excellent care. Highly recommend this clinic!

Best and most convenient primary doctor i have EVER worked with!

Literally been using this place since I was a kid with no insurance to now as an adult with amazing insurance. They have never disappointed me or my other family members. Their customer service is amazing and they answer the phone so quickly! I'm so sad I have to leave them behind now that im going to college. Wish I could bring them with me. Ten out of ten would recommend!

I am disappointed that I have to write this review after bringing my children to this office for 10+ years for school and sports physicals. What should have been a routine appointment turned into one of the most frustrating and disrespectful healthcare experiences our family has had. The front desk initially billed us incorrectly for three physicals and an EKG. We were then treated poorly because I am a stepparent, even though I have taken my stepdaughter to her medical appointments for years (Orthodontist, Therapy, Dental, annual physicals, all of it. ) and our family has an established history with this office. The staff failed to verify guardianship before starting the appointments, regardless of our long standing family history with them, only raising the issue two hours after being here. Now, my husband is forced to drive 30 minutes to this office simply to finish appointments that should never have been started without thorough verification. We have years of prior visits on record, offered FaceTime calls with her father, and made every effort to cooperate. None of that was handled with common sense, professionalism, or basic respect. A decade of loyalty. I have driven here from year after year from Brandon and now Hudson because of how well we’ve been treated in the past. The billing errors, poor communication, inconsistent procedures, and dismissive treatment of a long-standing family are unacceptable. Families deserve competent front-desk staff, accurate billing, clear policies communicated upfront, and respectful treatment, not confusion and inconvenience after hours have already been wasted. Our family will not be returning, and I would caution other parents and caregivers to confirm every policy, charge, and any other potential requirement before relying on this office, even if you’ve been coming here for years. Clearly there has been a change in ownership, management and/or staff contributing to our awful experience this time around. Sad day because this doctor who is only helping out for the summer, just cost this office a decade long loyal and paying family.

The PCP Britney Ortiz and the staff at Your Family Walking Clinic facility always have a good disposition to help me resolve any issues or concerns about my health. One of the things that I like about coming to this facility to see my doctor besides providing an excellent care is the flexibility of not needing an appointment specially with my busy schedule and working out town. Thank you for providing excellent care.

I am so glad I found your Walk In Clinic six years ago when I moved to the area. Not only have you’ve been great with my visits, but you’ve been great with my children and my husband and you’re always available anytime we have needed you and you’ve always been able to get to the source of whatever issues we have come in with. I have been coming here since the practice was open. LOVE IT !!! Front staff is great. Open 7days a week. I also bring my children here.
