FYI, tried to call your office today and the phone service operator that you have answering your phones was extremely rude, loud, not helpful, and when I asked to speak to his supervisor his answer was God is my supervisor. My advise to you is to find a better phone service provider to forward your calls to during an emergency or office closures. The phone representative should never speak to customers or patients seeking help from your office that way.

Dr Rifai is by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate Physician I know. He takes the time to teach his patients and talks to them instead of at them. He is professional and kind. I wouldnt trust my kidneys with anyone else.

Dr. Rifai is caring. He was right about my diagnosis and recommended a treatment plan for me. 6 months later, I don't know what could have happened to me if it weren't for him. I you are concerned about your health or the health of your loved one, he is the one to see.
