This office has the most kind and caring staff, so glad I found this new Doctors office.

Avoid this clinic at all costs. This guy wins the award for worst Dr ever. Claimed he didn’t ‘care about my feelings, because he follows the science’, then proceeded to give me medical advice from 25 yrs ago. The office is outdated, the waits were ridiculous and staff less than polite. He is by far the most arrogant and ill-informed I have ever seen. Caution flags. Delayed sending request for records for over 1 month. I had to call to request several times myself. Was told info never requested from his office. He ordered the wrong lab work to be run. Had to go to a different doctor entirely and have labs properly ran for diagnosis. This medical practice is dangerous. Wish I had read the reviews better. Total scam. As they say, scam diet clinic pretending to give quality medical care.

Friendly environment, great customer service, the lady at the front desk is always so sweet and she seen I was struggling carrying items I was bringing to show my dr and she gave me a cute pink tote to put my stuff in! How nice! Definitely recommend ❤️

Dr. Malik is fantastic! He has been my primary doctor since early 2000's. He is thorough and doesn't play around when it comes to your health. Dr. Malik doesn't rush through visits and takes time to listen to his patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. Have recently moved my elderly parents from Texas to Lynn Haven and needed to find a primary doc for both. I went in to try and schedule an appt with the receptionist who really should rethink working with the public and I was told that they cannot schedule until the paperwork was filled out. Ok. I get it. Flew to Texas and got it filled out the week before I returned with my Mom and went back to schedule appt. Same chick. Wouldn’t accept paperwork because I didn’t have my folks ID and insurance card. I’ve made appts with many docs and have never been required to jump through that chicks hoops. Finding another doc now and for everyone who has to deal with that receptionist, I’m sorry. Word of wisdom. If you don’t have empathy for others, you shouldn’t work with those who are not at their best. Show some kindness. That is all.

This office is amazing. They’re quick to call back, the billing office is always polite, and Crissy and Dr. Malik always make sure all of my questions are answered before the end of my appointments.

A Disgrace to all MDs This doctor Amer Malik lied to me & discriminated against me, just like his staff did. The final act this practice did to me was to lie yet again and then call my husband names. They claimed a letter from a specialist was missing key language they needed to fill out a form for me to keep my job, but they refused to give me a copy of the letter the specialist sent. I got copy of that letter and the language Malik's woman "Fatima" said was missing was in fact in the letter. The doctor had what he needed but lied, intentionally, which has cost me my job, my home-he waited until the 11th hour. Malik-your trifles with insurance manipulation which you openly brag about in front of patients.. good luck w that. But with me- You crosse a line, medically, ethically, and in many other ways. And having your receptionist come outside as if high, screaming profanities at my husband and referring to him as a woman actually captures YOUR true character, and hers. Complaints incoming. Unethical and incompetent. Discourteous.

Front desk and intake nurse are both rude and arrogant. After holding my husbands Short Term Disability for hostage for over a month giving us no indication that they weren’t filling out the form. The intake nurse (heavy set butch looking woman) actually laughed at my spouse when they told him the day the form was due that they won’t fill it out. Then Malik (he doesn’t deserve to have a Dr’s title.) was too much of a coward to explain to my husband as to why they have now caused us to lose our home and lively hood. This man brags about defrauding insurance companies but refused to put a simple and truthful sentence together that said my husband needed to see a neurologist. Needless to say the whole office is full of incompetent people they all act like they are on stimulants, they don’t return calls, and if you do get a call back they don’t listen to what your saying because they are to busy gossiping with each other. I’ve watched them be rude to very elderly people. If you cherish your life. DO NOT SEE THIS OUTFIT. Scam diet clinic with a want to be Dr.

I love this doctor. He is very professional and he tells you like it is. The receptionist and Intake nurses were nice and listen very well. I recommend this place to everyone.
