Contacting office via phone - impossible and, if you are able to reach someone, zero logic or common sense. There must be an office policy about canceling/rescheduling appointments (not allowed) which only says to me you’re all about billing my insurance rather than practicing medicine. I hope Dr Kenawy reads these reviews and Google’s so that he may take the appropriate action.

If you want a doctor that rushes through your visit, a staff that never answers their phone, and poor medical care from a provider that pushes infusions so he can pay for his infusion suite, this is the place for you.
