Hatem Moussa's Online Review Report Card

In the midst of gallbladder surgery Dr. Moussa discovered I had bigger issues. The year 2005 I had what was supposed to of been a hernia repair using mesh done by Dr. Wong. Doctor Moussa discovered the mesh from that 2005 surgery was embedded in my small intestines. Most surgeons would have made a large incision. Dr. Moussa making a very small incision did four different surgeries. He fixed everything! I can not even tell I had surgery. I truly believe Doctor Moussa saved my life. Grateful!

I want to say a big thank you to Dr. Moussa, for doing a great job on my surgery. He made me feel good before and after the surgery by talking to me and making me feel like he cared about me. Thanks again Dr. Moussa. I will use him again if I ever need another surgery.

Would give a zero star .

Bragged about how good of a surgen he is and interrupted me to text and make calls on his phone was only in the room for 15 mins at most and told me i didnt have a body type anyone likes to work on and im to young for needing all the surgeries that i have already had.

I was butchered by this man who has the nerve to call himself doctor. Other doctors in the area wonder why he is still allowed hospital priveledges

Dr. Moussa did an incredible job on my hernia surgery. He thoroughly explained how he would do the procedure robotically. His bedside manner is outstanding, and my recovery time was very minimal thanks to the fact that my surgery was done robotically. I'd refer Dr. Moussa to everyone!!

Canceled the day of surgery due to flu..could deal with that even though he is a doctor and should have know he had flu day before since staff said he was running a fever...rescheduled...canceled day before surgery second time.. not rescheduling so he can just cancel again. Was told by staff they would call back to help me find someone else seeing as I had taking time off work. But no call back. Very incompetent staff and doctors.

I called 24 hours after my surgery asking for different pain medicine due to the first prescription not helping with pain whatsoever and Dr. Moussa's staff told me he wouldn't give me anything else and to "put some ice on it." When I called to schedule my one week follow up I had to leave a message and no one returned my call. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone I was put on hold for 20 minutes. They couldn't get me in to see Dr. Moussa for my one week surgery follow up for four weeks. When I got to my surgery follow up 4 weeks later, Dr. Moussa had canceled all his appointments for the day, but I never received a call about my canceled appointment because his staff never added my appointment to the computer. Dr. Moussa is a great surgeon, unfortunately his staff and business practices are lacking. Although it has been a frustrating experience I would recommend him for his knowledge and surgical abilities, but please be prepared for a possible difficult time with follow ups and staffing post surgery.

This wonderful doctor used the Davinci system using non invasive surgery to remove a blockage I had in my lower intestines,plus a n ulcer. I was out of the hospitalin thre days.

He performed surgery on me. When he came by my hospital room he never looked at my wound. Went to his office for follow up still never checked my wound. Do not recommend this So called surgeon at all
