I've been seeing Dr Rittman for the last 17 years and wouldn't want to see any other physician other than her husband Dr. Christopher Rittman. A husband/wife team that are the most knowledgeable physicians I've ever seen. A Christian environment with physicians that are almost as sweet as they are knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Kym always takes the time to thoroughly listen and explain everything to me. She has helped me through so many issues including horrible depression following Hurricane Michael. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Dr. Kim Rittman really takes the time to listen. Some doctors won’t hear you out but she will. Her nurses are nice. I think the receptionist must be related to the Rittmans because that is one grumpy receptionist. Enjoy Dr. Rittman.

This office does not care about their patients health or wellbeing. I was 8 min late and they would not see me. Saying “the Dr does not wait”. I explained I am a very sick person who has autoimmune disease and needed my blood pressure and cholesterol medicine and someone to go over everything with. I had everything together (paperwork) to go over with him from my old primary/OB/gastroenterologist/rheumatologist my symptoms/blood works all organized that he could have been going over while I checked in and filled out whatever I needed to. I have been going through a flare and this hasn’t helped one bit. They should have made the “timely manner” known. They did said they expressed the importance of being on time when the apt was made. But that’s a flat out lie, that was not expressed and as in their words just now “even 1 minute of waiting you would not be seen”. How absolutely ridiculous... being a doctor/nurse and having a God complex shouldn’t be. All I want is a doctor who actually wants to help and cares. When did human being stop caring about one another! I wish I could give zero stars, no compassion at all. Sickening.
