List of Maria Tedtaotao's Reviews
I am pleasantly surprised with the kindness and attention Dr. Ted has shown my daughter and I on our visits. We just recently started visiting her office, but I have the feeling we will be coming to see her from now on.
Front desk staff is beyond rude. Dr Ted seems to always forget what the visit is for. And then always tries to push labs, shots and tests that are unnecessary. Expect to say over an hour for anything.
We had an appointment in early November and mentioned that we needed a medical clearance for a surgery in early January 2023. She said to schedule an appointment in late December. So, we went to our December appointment and now she says we need a cardiac clearance as well. The earliest we could get that appointment is AFTER the surgery date. The next available date for surgery is late March 2023. This office has dropped the ball AGAIN. We have trouble getting lab orders sent to Quest and it's gotten to where I no longer trust this provider. So, beware.

Absolutely horrible. Always forgets about their patients. Will only do Teladoc, is always late onto the meeting. But if you are late even 1 minute they try to charge $50. The office staff is very rude, and will ignroe you if you call and leave a message or go in person. Only person that is willing to help is Ms.Sam. She is a shining light. Definitly stay as far away from this palce as you can.
Lady at the check out gave my mother attitude for asking for her most recent labs. She was incompetent and when she gave my mom the labs she asked for, she broke HIPPA Law by giving my mom the labs of someone else. Somehow my mom always ends up having to pay something more every time and the whole place gives her so much trouble. The only person who actually cares is Ms. Samantha. If you do go here, only see her or ask her for help. If you have the option to go somewhere else, go there instead. This place is awful.
My entire family goes to Dr Ted and Sam Pate NP….We absolutely LOVE them!
Only after your wallet. The kind of place that will do anything for a penny, pill heads welcome! Not a place I’ll be continuing at. Needed referrals for a cardiologist a neurologist and a surgeon, never got anywhere with them no matter how many calls I’ve made. But they’ll prescribe me a boat full of medication and skip sending my visit to my insurance while charging me in whole. F this S.H.
I absolutely love Dr. Ted. She is an amazing doctor
Went to get a referral for colonoscopy, since my father died from that type of cancer, and was assured after three attempts that it would be done ... but never was! The only thing I received - and never asked for - was a prescription for step one of Chantix, a three-step program. Pitifully incompetent operation!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
