I went to see Dr. Heitzmann & his wonderful crew (Kimberly, Kellie, Allie/Abby & the gang) for a mucocele removal and they made an unfortunately necessary procedure tolerable with their witty banter & calm professionalism. 100% recommended for your oral surgery needs!!!

I highly recommend Dr.Heitzman, today I had one of my wisdom teeth removed and Could not of asked for a better experience! Went in a bit nervous but Dr.Heitzman just talked me right though everything and eased my mind about the process!

Dr. Heitzmann is an excellent doctor with a great staff. I get very anxious when having to have work done to my teeth. He explained everything and put me at ease when I had to have a molar extracted. After 7 days and still in a great deal of pain his office worked me in so I could be assured there was no infection. He is friendly and patient and takes the time to answer all questions. He will be my 'go to' anytime I need further procedures.

My husband had 13 teeth removed at one time. The Dr. did an amazing job and there was not much bleeding considering the number of teeth removed. He did have pain for quite a while afterward, but that is to be expected with so many teeth removed. This doctor is incredibly skillful and explains what he will be doing very well. I would recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr.Heitzman and staff were very nice and professional! They made me feel very comfortable during surgery. I highly recommend them!

This review is for the billing/insurance process dept. The dental care was top notch...however their billing department needs to get a grip on their "estimates". I was told to pay $158 (after insurance coverage) for a tooth extraction for my daughter. Now, I have to pay an additional $68 because they were wrong with what insurance would cover. We have United Concordia through the Military so surely my daughter was not their only patient that had this kind of insurance that needed a tooth extracted. My problem is that their estimated cost should not require an additional 43%. I could understand 10-20% shortage but not over 40% more. And Dr. Heitzmann: Thanks for the offer for me to come sit with your staff for a month so I can learn how they do things. (Insert eye roll)

I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth extracted, due in most part by a trapped nerve, but Dr. Heitzmann made me feel right at home. He made sure that I knew exactly what was going on and was honest about his concerns. Recovery has been short and I would recommend him for everything!

This place is great from beginning to end. I'm over 40 and had 2 lower wisdom teeth removed. Zero pain, barely any bleeding, and minimal swelling. Never even needed a pain pill and I'm a huge baby with major anxiety.
