Doctor is polite but his office staff takes forever to return a call and are usually incredibly rude. Office manager is especially ill mannered.

If he were genuinely a good Dr as I “thought” he wouldn’t allow his staff to treat his patients terribly. and he doesn’t care about reviews. HORRIBLE STAFF. THEY DESTROYED MY HEALTHCARE. MEAN. Hurricane Michael hit the Florida Panhandle on 10/10/2018. It was a devastating CAT 5 Hurricane. I’d just seen Khan in June. I made it back to practice after hurricane as I also survived 2 strokes previously in June. FYI 2018 was almost over. My follow up visit was rescheduled to a new undisclosed location in JANUARY 2019/2020. SINCE IT IS IN ALLLLLLLL OF HIS ENTIRE STAFFS REARVIEW MIRROR I NEED TO CLARIFY WHAT SHE WAS YELLING AT ME ABOUT. I NOW LIVE WITH SECERE CPTSD-and vision problems. There was the woman who laughed at kept slamming the phone on me year. There was the “come as a walk in” slam phone down. In the meantime, he does call me twice and have two conversations between the end of the year of 2018, and present to 2022. Instead of being aghast that I have been without medical care & bouncing to LNP’s. ANYWHERE- no. They/He doesn’t care. He LETS his staff be unruly, RUDE. MEAN. ARROGANT. NO GOOD INTERNIST WOULD EVER PERMIT HIS PATIENTS TO BE MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY ABUSED. GAS LIGHTED. WBOVE ALL- they put THEIR ATTITUDES and INCOMPETENCE ahead of MY LIFE. MY HEALTH. HORRIBLE WOMEN. WHO SCREAMS AT A TRAUMA/CAT 5 SURVIVOR HURRICANE MICHAEL WAS IN 2018 over and over?! NO. DO NOT EVEN TRY UNLESS YOU HAVE A PERFECT LIFE. OH. HIS FORNER PARTNER APPARENTLY ALSO DESTROYED MY MEDICAL RECORDS FROM THE ONE POST HURRICANE MICHAEL VISIT TO THAT OFFICE. THEY SWEAR I WAS NOT THERE. YET MY STROKE MEMORY AN RX’s say otherwise. Good luck getting decent healthcare in this county. Ever. It’s always been lacking now they laugh as you die. Peace.

Great Dr. - Thorough, caring, SMART above all. Doesn't take advantage of patients. POST HURRICANE MICHAEL I still can't find my Dr., because his STAFF is HORRIBLE. Rude, can't handle the stress of phones, humans. My medical records are lost from the Hurricane claims his former partner, however I swear I believe I saw him in that old location one time. His staff is just horrible. I do NOT blame him, because I have dealt with a LOT of rude medical offices with very rude staff. Not all, but because of his staff...I'm still Dr. bouncing since the Hurricane. He is smart, caring, thinks before he gives orders, doesn't over medicate unneeded. Just need to get back to him, and yes I'll wait in the lobby an hour to see a GOOD Dr. in Bay County, but not if his staff can't even get me scheduled. Horrible finding his new phone numbers. Location. then they told me just to be a "walk-in" and slammed the phone down. I pray Dr. Khan finds the BEST office personnel very soon.
