WITH OUT PEER HAVE SPENT 31 PLUS YRARS OF MY LIFE DIVING FOR THE NAVY. DR. NOWAK IS BY FAR THE BEST ENT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED SINCE 2000. SHE LISTENS VERY IMPORTANT ESPECIALLY WITH MY BACK GROUND. HAS THE Knowledge and time to think and reactoutof the box. You may not like what you hear sometimes but she is spot on! And if you need medica treatment for something else she and her staff get you to the correct specialist.

If you're an adult with ENT issues, Dr. Nowak will talk to you like you're an idiot. She is terrible at explaining things and latches on to one thing as the cause of your problems without entertaining any other ideas because "most adults don't have that issue." Notice I say the word "most," which is what she said to me. "Most" means that is does not occur in a lot of adults but CAN occur is SOME. It scares me to think she's been an ENT doctor since 2000 and is still in practice. She has no bedside manner. It's as spartan as her patient rooms, which are dusty and need cleaning. I will most definitely be going to a different physician.

Dr Norwak and her office staff are very professional and customer service orient. During normal routine office visits I am taken back within 5 minutes of my appointment time and seen by the doctor within 5-10 minutes. Dr. Norwak recently performed a bilateral tonsillectomy on me and the procedure went well! I loved how she visited with me prior to the surgery and then afterwards giving me an update. They also followed up with phone calls even when it was a holiday weekend! Excellent service!

Saw Dr Nowak for sinus issues. She suggested sinus surgery. Her communication about what was causing the problem, the procedure and her follow up was amazing. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the results. I would absolutely send any friends, family or colleagues to Dr Nowak.
