after one hour drive to see the doctor this morning , me and my wife two patients. was treated terrible by the lady in the front desk and rude. telling me my insurance was not valid. I call right there the florida blue and they told me it was valid. I told her try checking the system again because they said it was approved and I have already been waiting for like one hour. she said have a seat and close the window on me very rude. I left in drove back home and will be looking for another doctor
