This review is only for the billing part. I went to see the doctor at the end of August. I had to wear a heart test for a week or so. On Sept 6 I had to bring the monitor back. Mind you every time I step in the office I have to pay a co- pay of $80 prior to being seen, which is fine. On Sept 7 I had another appointment with the dr to get my results. I came in, paid my co-pay went in the back for the dr to tell me that, since I brought back the monitor a day before, the results were not ready yet. They then told me that the doctor will call me Friday (Sept 9th) to give me the results. The call happened on Friday the 9th (of September). I spoke to him in all for 3 minutes, he just told me everything is normal. Fast forward to Dec 27 (today) I get an invoice in the mail for a co-pay for the call. Why do I have to pay again? It was not my fault the results were not ready the day I was scheduled to come in. I should not be responsible to pay twice for the results info. I keep all my appointments, payments, and all documented. I suggest you do the same coming to this facility.

Over the years I have been in many offices-- business and medical, and never have I entered an office where everyone was HAPPY! The wait was minimal and all personnel who attended me, from receptionists to doctor, were professional, knowledgeable, and you guessed it, HAPPY! I look forward to my next visit.

I am from Michigan, but needed a cardiologist for my 6 months in Fl. I started with Parikh in 2018 & thought he was good. The following year I had some issues with Afib in Mich & needed follow up tests in Florida with Dr. Parikh & have them sent to my Cardiologist in Mich. I couldn't get past his nurse with the request--she kept wanting to set up appointments to see the Dr & then the tests, & all I needed was the EKG & have the results sent to Mich. She argued with me for close to a month & finally agreed to set it up. Afterwards, she wanted to make an appointment again. All I needed was the test & send it to Michigan! Then afterwards she called to set another appointment as "there was something wrong in the EKG the doctor needed to see me". My Michigan cardiologist said there was nothing wrong with the EKG. Due to this experience, I had to drop Dr. Parikh to get a more agreeable office to deal with. Sometimes offices need to do some courtesy requests when you're living in 2 states

Dr Parikh and his team are the best in the business,Dr Parikh is caring and very professional ,he takes the time to explain everything,this man makes you feel so good that by the time you walk out of his office you are almost happy that you had a heart problem.

It's nice to have Doctors who listen and care about you. At one point I unfortunately had to change drs due to insurance, but I am happy to be back! Try them out, you will be glad you did!
