The most horrible receptionists I have ever dealt with been trying to get in touch for 5 days now absolutely ridiculous if I could give them zero stars I would they’re overcrowded and the doctor was not gentle at all with our baby on top of that! I would definitely recommend anywhere else

The Dr my kid sees is awesome! Now I'm giving 3 stars because it's never clean in the bathroom when we come in, and honestly, for an annual visit, that's pretty bad! This is an office of several Dr's, so I just can't comprehend how you have someone sitting at the door telling people where to stand rather than a janitor! I included the diaper bin in the pictures, I mean, they just sat a roll of toilet paper on the handicap rail. They couldn't even put it on the roller! Our appointment was at noon, and there's no way that trash bin got that way in the few hrs of being opened.

When I can open my eyes at 6:00am with my friends that take care of me, I can't just say how beautiful they are and began too cry because I can see, I can see, I don't see double person, double faces, four mirrors,...I just cry and cry and cry...It's been 1 week and 4 days because I cant feel good for write or stay long time in the cellphone or computer. My friend drive me to everywhere. I'm right now with diarrhea and vomits and fever but I'm drinking the pills that you order me to take for that. I'm very happy...YOU SAFE MY LIFE...I NEVER FORGET THAT, DR BLUMMENFELD ALSO I GOING TO CONTINUE MY NEXT VISITS APPOINTTMENTS AND SHARE WITH OTHER FRIENDS MY EXPERIENCE AND RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES. IN A NEAR FUTURE, ALSO I WANT TO KNOW IF I COULD DO A SURGERY FOR RECUPERATE MY VISION LIKE LASIK OR SOME ADVANCES LIKE THAT. THANK YOU AGAIN... Dr. Schneier is an outstanding doctor with the best bedside manner. He performed surgery on my toddler’s eye and he had us at total ease during a very stressful situation. All the nurses from appointments to the surgical center were so kind and professional. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I saw Dr. Hamza Pasha and after waiting over an hour to be seen, he was so obviously rushing me, I had many questions that weren't answered and he did not listed to anything I said - I actually had to ask the receptionist to ask him a question for me before I left.

Refuses to bill our insurance for an appointment for our 2 year old even though our insurance specifically told us IT IS covered because of our child's age. But they tell us they will not even try and bill insurance. They won't even call and confirm with our insurance. Edit. To be clear we were referred to this office and trying to make an appointment and consulted our health insurance AND vision insurance after they told us we have to pay out of pocket. It would have been covered under our health insurance because of child's age. But they refused to even double check themselves. They never even spoke to our insurance. Receptionist stated my child's DX "isn't real". Which is a laugh because why would we be referred by our pediatrician if there wasnt any concerns that need a specialist. If the specialist rules it out then it's ruled out...but they won't even confirm with our insurance for an appointment. Be careful and confirm first!

This office refuses to file the claim with my insurance (which they accept) even though the insurance said they would pay the claim, instead I would have to pay out of pocket! This is very unprofessional. The specialist is the only option available in this case. I am definitely not recommending this office.
