I don't like to do this but the occasion deserves it. It's ridiculous that one has to call a doctor's office that always answers the machine. I can't complain about anything else, the dr is amazing, he listens to your concerns and is more than willing to help his patients. but I think there should be better communication with patients. I have been calling this office since last Friday with more than 50 calls and no response. this is frustrating because if uni calls his doctor it's bc they needs something.

Dr. Iza atiende a mi madre y es un excelente especialista en su campo. Se toma el tiempo en escuchar al paciente y discutir el mejor tratamiento para ella. Es una pena que la excelente labor del medico sea opacada con el servicio en la oficina. No hay forma de conseguir que devuelvan llamadas y todo es a través de dejar mensaje en maquinas. Hemos tenido problemas con facturación y revisión de medicamentos, hemos ido personalmente y dejado mensaje para que nos llamen y no es posible. No hay un gerente de oficina disponible para tender estas quejas. Los médicos del grupo deberían pasar por el proceso que hacen los pacientes, al tratar de buscar servicio. Es importante por que el negocio que tienen se lo deben a los pacientes. El puntaje de esta evaluación es evaluando el servicio de oficina exclusivamente. El medico es extraordinario, por esa razón no hemos cambiado. Dr. Iza treats my mother and is an excellent specialist in his field. She takes the time to listen to the patient and discuss the best treatment for her. It is a shame that the excellent work of the doctor is overshadowed by the service in the office. There is no way to get them to return calls and it is all through leaving a message on machines. We have had problems with billing and medication review, we have gone personally and left a message for them to call us and it is not possible. There is no office manager available to address these complaints. Group physicians should go through the process that patients go through when trying to seek service. It is important because the business they have is owed to the patients. The score of this evaluation is evaluating the office service exclusively. The doctor is extraordinary, for that reason we have not changed.

Dr. Isa has been my doctor since 2011 and I love him and Deena Rodney. Questions and concerns are discussed and you don't feel like you are rushed or they're pushing you out.

When I said no to a test he was not friendly or helpful again.

I had and still have the pleasure of having Dr. Isa as my Doctor for many many years. He is very knowledgeable and answers all my concerns and questions. I am Blessed to have him as a Neurologist. I highly recommend him.

Pleasant knowledgeable doctor. The support operation is an abomination. Dependence upon a patient portal in the practice that treats motion disorders really dumb. Appointments keep getting worked and they want you to see a nurse practitioner and not the specialist. When I go to neurologist or any specialty I want to see the specialist not the staff. The man himself is a good doctor the practice however seems to be based on a volume business rather than quality medicine. Great doctor and support structur

Dr. Isa is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, caring, and competent! He has been my doctor for many years and genuinely cares for me and my needs.
