I highly recommend Ultrashape for fat reduction and thermage for skin tightening. Results start showing within two weeks. I had the back of my thighs done. I am amazed at the results so far. Both procedures are noninvasive and there's no downtime. No pain whatsoever! Rick did a fabulous job on my procedures. He is very honest and knowledgeable on what will work best for you. Highly recommend Cascades Medspa!

Absolutely amazing place! Rick is extremely knowledgeable about the various services and will guide you to the best one suited for you. I have received so many compliments on my skin! I received a chemical peel and thermage. I will definitely be back for more! This photo is about a week after my peel with no filter or makeup!

Rick is extremely knowledgeable about the various skin treatment options and what is most effective for a particular skin concern and he’s great at clearly explaining the same. Always so friendly. Always on time. I couldn’t be happier with my IPL results and look forward to trying other procedures.

Ricky has been doing dermaplaning on my face. It has made such a difference in my complexion and the application of my makeup going on more smoothly. I am in my 50s so it is a great way to remove peach fuzz from your face even if it is very blonde like mine . A wonderful way to exfoliate and rejuvenate your skin. Rick is gentle, and precise.
