David Harbour's Online Review Report Card

By far the worst Doctor ever I have changed the way I see doctors from one who wanted to help me to disrespecting my mother who was also trying to advise the doctor that I have in MRI previously in the same week I have the discs and the reports but he was neglectful in using the information provided demanding that he gets another MRI then you got very rude with my mother if it wasn't for the night inability to move from that bed it would have ended differently. We came to your emergency department looking for help in return we got the most disqualifying experience ever the most disappointing doctor I have ever met who not only was incompetent in his ways and treatment but disrespectful to my family.. My family has been in the medical field for 40 plus years superseding his intelligence. So we followed up at viera hospital where the doctor there was not only courteous polite to myself and my mother. But they actually picked up the phone and called my orthopedic surgeon regarding the discs and reviews on my condition pinched nerves. the doctor at viera hospital was very effective as I am now home comfortable and I have a doctor's appointment to follow up tomorrow thank you viera hospital. Back to David harbor he left me with absolutely nothing but frustration and anger and if I get any kind of money out of this lawsuit I will be coming after him legally. There is no way somebody could come to the emergency room with in hand MRI images and paperwork showing the report of my condition. Dr harbor did not attempt to call my orthopedic surgeon or my primary care doctor. He wanted to irradiate me again with another MRI even though the disc and report was sitting right in front of us. Dr. Harbour was highly professional and empathetic to our needs, the same for the Nursing staff and the PA. However, prior to us being contacted by the Provider’s Billing Manager (10/22), the General staff personnel had little interest in resubmitting the claim or reducing the payment to a cash-payment amount. The front desk personnel originally stated that Medicare would give them the full amount of the claim ($250), but Medicare would only allow $140. The Provider’s own website states, “…If we are unable to bill your insurance company, we offer reasonable self-care rates for our services…” Prior to being contacted by the Provider’s Billing Manager, we had been trying to contact the Provider’s Billing Office, for 3 weeks, to speak with someone of authority to resolve Medicare denying the claims. However, the only staff that spoke with us was the front desk and they provided no real assistance and told us that we owed the full amount of the claim submitted to Medicare. Both Ryan and A

Pill pusher. Pushed too many medications, antibiotics, steroids, all which made my mom worse. All for what we found out later was a cold. Shameful. His office staff seem hurried, not caring.
