List of David Nguyen's Reviews
I have visited Dr. Nguyen clinic for a while. Appointments are required, so I usually book one around 3 or 4. Their closing hours are earlier than expected (5-6?). I am always waiting at least 50+ minutes for the doctor to arrive. Last time I went the doctor brushed off my concerns and dismissed it as something unimportant, which was far from the truth. There is sometimes nurses that is very nice and attentive but she is always busy.
This place is extremely horrible, terrible staff and customer service. Specifically a staff names Ngan. She is horrible, disrespectful, and unprofessional. My children are sick, and we called asking for prescripted medication because they said they would not accept sick patients do to the covid. When she answered the phone, she just told me what to do with my children without any prescription or any medication. Also, one of the girls names Binh An stamps my children's immunization card. They gave a vaccine to my children and didn't even stamp the card. Now they make mistakes in my children's immunization cards and keep on telling me to let them hold on to the immunization cards in order to double check. This is the third time they're asking me to let them hold on to the immunization cards. Now, I don't even know what they're doing with the immunization and I'm not even sure what vaccine they gave my children. I'm not sure if they even gave the right one. They mess it all up. I wouldn't recommend this place for any children. It's too dangerous if they mess up on the vaccines and immunization papers. The doctor is a nice and friendly person, but the staff are not responsible and I don't think I can trust them anymore.
Excellent, knowledgeable doctor that truly wants the best for me as his patient.
today i took my daughter to doctor david's office for the first time, my 2 daughters are also Trinh My Linh's patients.. but i am not satisfied with the service there, everything i received, i was I waited too long at Trinh My Linh. , I didn't have to wait too long when I was at Dr. David Nguyen's office. Less than 5 minutes after my mother and I were brought into the clinic, I was even more surprised when the doctor prescribed it. The doctor said that my child is 5 years old and 6 years old, children aged 4 years and older need blood tests every year..and most importantly, which test, the doctor told me clearly. My 2 daughder has been examined by doctor Trinh My Linh for 5 years. she only prescribes blood test paper when I ask for it And I didn't know children after the age of 4, the annual blood test was so important, I was more surprised that our appointment was at 5:30 pm, they told me that when all the patients were done, the office will be closed, it great, you can go to the doctor after work in this room, where many offices don't have this time.
The staffs of this office are irresponsible. We called them many times to make an appointment and left messages on the answer machine but they never called back. Dr Nguyen should review his staffs' obligation.
I visited Dr Nguyen for two issues that have been going on for quite some time. He diagnosed a root cause and both of them and explained it to me in a way that I could understand and I feel very confident that we will make progress on this.
Recently switched to HMO and he was assigned to me. To be honest I don't even know what this doctor looks like and I've only seen and spoke to one of his staff. Due to COVID I understand that it's hard to see or speak to him, but he did not even diagnose me thoroughly and just wrote off a pain relief prescription based on my explanation to his staff to relay the information to him. I haven't even spoke to him over the phone ever. The least he could do is refer me to a specialist. They even have the audacity to ask me to copay. Copay for what? Nothing was fixed or diagnosed properly! Don't waste your time here.
Doctor David is a good physician. And I've been going here for years. His previous staff had left, and he's forced to get new staff I assume? Staffing is important, because your employees could wreck your business without you even knowing about it. Well, the new staff doesn't seem like they want to work nor care for patients. Because I called and called and called just to get my blood and urine test faxed out to a close by clinic. It's been more than one week, and more than hundreds of phone calls, and several visits. Still no tests has been done. And when they finally filled out the forms for me, it was missing, and the clinic refused to take me in. Had to come back, spoke with doctor David personally, and he took down the notes to get it faxed out as soon as possible. That never happened. And I've been trying to get into contacts with them. And I've just been told off. The new staff is rude and should probably find new jobs if they don't care for patients needs.
All he did was brush off my concerns and unilaterally focus on his selfish reasons as to why he cannot help me. Doesn't even make sense. If you're too busy or too arrogant to help people, why even be a doctor in the first place. Definitely needs to relearn his manners and focus on his patient care. 0/5 for sure
This Doctor is Caring, Smart, and Empathic. So good with patients, very experienced in medical care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
