I saw Dr. Massucci at the Lake Mary ER last night & she was so great & compassionate with my mom. This was our first visit, but we will certainly come back again when we need the ER.

I presented to the Lake Mary AdventHealth ER with Dr. Massucci and she was very inattentive and said she was going to treat my level 9 pain with topical lidocaine then no one returned to the room for over 30 minutes. My husband wheeled me out to the car with no help and took me to OrlandoHealth on SR434. I was unconscious when we arrived at the OrlandoHealth ER. They treated me for the pain and did a CT and diagnosed a kidney stone. Dr. Massucci is one of the absolute worst doctors I have ever encountered in my life.
