He’ll say whatever a prosecutor or defense lawyer, whichever one hires him, wants him to say. I think that says it all. Look up his record on that.

I am a retired circuit judge. Dr. Danziger appeared as an expert witness in my court numerous times. I found him to be extremely competent and thorough in his approach to mental issues and he is an excellent expert witness. I have confidence in his opinions and recommend him as an expert who calls it like he sees it and can back up his findings.

Excellent physician

Gets criminals off for a living. Very quick to give the incompetent label prolonging trials and putting victims through more. Once declared incompetent by him the criminal gets released "in hope they seeks help" and does more crimes only to be declared incompetent again. This man writes licenses to commit crimes.

I think he probably saved my life!

Dr. Dazinger is a fraud! He, apparently misdiagnosed me as mentally, with bi-polar mental illness. He never once asked me about my horrible marriage of many years. Instead, instantly, within five minutes he stated to me I was bi-polar. I took antipsychoitic (sp?), at his insistence for well over fifteen years. This destroyed my life. my marriage as I had known it. My husband, a violent, narcissistic man, insisted I take these drugs. My mind was slowed down and I was unable to respond reasonably to difficult situations or in fact to any situation. My husband, after stealing all my money prior to marriage through mind manipulation, abusiveness and extreme control for twenty-five years. We were worth millions, much of what I had prior to marriage; he then filed for divorce. He left me without anything, but $50,000.00 worth of debt. I was unable to defend myself without a lawyer. I have been in psychological counseling now for well over thirty years. I, now suffer in poverty and will until I die. We were once very wealthy but after divorce and without any money, again, I was unable to retain an attorney. No attorney would take my case pro bono. Why? Also, Dr. Danziger misdiagnosed me twice on lithium, stating I was "manic". I was not manic at all, but in a so-called drunken state because of all the drugs he insisted I take. How does a doctor of psychiatry not recognize that one is not manic??? My belief is that he overdosed me with intention. Why, I will not state here. He, being a psych doctor should have known I was, indeed, not manic. I had all the symptoms of being over dosed with lithium, and in bed unable to function for five weeks, twice in two years that he overdosed me. Finally, blood tests were done and revealed an overdose of lithium. I almost died! Also strange, his wife at that time, so he told me, committed suicide. How does a psychiatrist not recognize the symptoms of one in severe mental stress? I say, impossible. I am suspicious. I suspect his wife, too, was over dosed on lithium, at his guidance. Death was determined as suicide. Why was an investigation not done? Though nothing would be found, regarding suspicious death, I believe. His wife took the lithium as the doctor, her husband, prescribed, thus, no evidence of suspicion would ever be determined. Now this doctor is an investigative psychiatrist of forensics. What do you think? I know what I think!
