Doctor Shuster and his team have seen me now for a few years. Today, once again, they were amazing. Each person I met was very efficient and precise. They were very clear for the information shared. They were professional in the interaction, but also sweet and supportive. Doctor Shuster explained where I stand, as well as what I can expect for the future when I asked the question. His answers made me feel I'm in good hands. That personal attention Doctor Shuster and his team are giving me now for a few years show me that I'm not just a patient, but I'm their patient. I don't need to be pampered, I traveled a lot and I'm used to different cultural habits and ways to communication, but the service provided by this team is absolutely excellent. Dr Shuster has taken complete control of my glaucoma. My numbers are the best they have ever been. He educates his patients and his employees on every exam. You do not find many physicians who have a personality, but Dr Shuster has one and a great sense of humor!

I just had the most unpleasant experience with a physicians office in my 70 years. Dr. Shuster is a fine physician, but I'm finding another glaucoma specialist after today's visit. I take an 89 year old dementia patient to him. I was given a 2:50 appointment. We were there at 2:30 as requested and did not even get seated in the chair to see him until 4:30. Dementia patients think 5 minutes is 5 hours and is is very difficult to keep her under control for a normal 45 minute appointment. Completely unacceptable since we travel from Chuluota to Maitland and then have to wait that long. They really need to stop overbooking appointments!

Dr Shuster is an amazing doctor and has helped me so much through this process. I had a serious surgery and he has helped me every step of the way. His staff however, has made it impossible to see him anymore. I have done a major operation (baerveldt) about 5 years ago and have seen him 3 times a year ever since. But after all the money they made off my operation and years of seeing them, they want to charge a $50 rescheduling fee for missing an appointment (had no one to babysit). This is a very selfish, greedy, and rude business. They do not care how long you have been a customer or what surgeries you have done. They are also under staffed. Always busy. The wait is always long. Their staff does not care about you. Only their doctors do whom you can not see until you deal with their staff. (5 years experience, i know). And i can't stress this enough. RUDE for years. I only dealt with it in order to see dr shuster. But this$50 reschedule fee was finally it for me

Years ago I sought your expert care in Orlando (Princeton). Due to distance, a personal visit is not practical, rather I seek a recommendation for PEO (YAG) here in Maryland. As always, your professional wisdom is highly regarded.

The care and consideration Dr Shuster and his staff show to us on each visit are exceptional. My husband has had glaucoma and cataract surgeries on both eyes and enjoys perfect vision. We are so grateful.

Good doctor, facility is nice. They take too many appointments, it's a long wait and there is too many patients waiting, it's difficult to stay 6ft away from anybody.

This office is AMAZING! Was able to get a last minute appointment with Dr Shuster and the entire staff is just so sweet; we were greeted by professional and beyond friendly staff. During this covid pandemic most are reuse short and just plain mean but NOT HERE! They were very efficient in getting us checked in. Rosali did my moms intake and initial exam and was so kind and tender in her process -- cane to find out my mom and her are from the same country. Dr Shuster came in shortly and had the best attention to detail and even went beyond by trying to practice his Spanish with mom explaining to her the details. Carissa thank you for getting us in to see him. This office is spectacular!
