Terrible office rude staff. I am a physician and the secretary /receptionist hung up on me. We had paperwork to complete and the appointment was at 2:40. The paperwork was not ready by 2:50. They said the doctor had to go and he did not want to speak to me. I was told there is no office manager on site. The front desk girl Cheryl hung up on me. Do not go to this office absolutely dreadful
My autistic son who is only five years old put a toy up his nose and it got stuck. We went to the normal emergency room where they could not get it out and they didn’t have the necessary team to handle a special needs child. We then took my son directly to Arnold Palmer, where once again they were unsuccessful at getting the toy out of my son’s nose. The doctor in the emergency room at Arnold Palmer repeatedly called Dr. Gotschall to come in because he was the on-call pediatric ENT doctor. This doctor refused to come in and see my son and stated it would be more convenient if he could see him at his own office the next day. My son was so uncomfortable for the next 24 hours and he was in extreme pain and spent the entire day crying. Being autistic he has a lot of sensory issues when it comes to his head and face. The next day we went straight to Dr. Gotschalls office, where we were told we would be responsible for our co-pay and that was it. We paid our co-pay to the office and went in to see the doctor just to be told that the toy was no longer in his nose and he must have swallowed it while he was sleeping. we were in the office for less than 20 minutes and now I am being billed for a surgery in which I owe the full cost of, when nothing was done to my son. When I called the office they let me know that you are charged the physicians visit just for walking in the door but to be seen by the doctor you will be charged for surgery as well. This is not standard practice and I believe it is insurance fraud. I will not be paying this bill and I will make sure that this office is held responsible for what they are doing to patients. If you are an on-call doctor you should go to the emergency room when you are called. You should not make the patient wait over 24 hours just to go into your office so you can make more money off of that poor child. This is unacceptable. I hope nobody ever sets foot in this office again.
Doctor, staff, and surgery center were absolutely fantastic. Son required tubes on two separate occasions and both experiences were phenomenal!

What a scam! I took my daughter to 1 appointment and was charged for 2 copays. Apparently seeing the audiologist and the ENT (for 5 minutes) is considered seeing 2 specialists. The office only collected one copay while I was there and then I got a bill 2 months later for the other. I would have NEVER have agreed to that! If you schedule 1 appointment with the ENT, you expect to pay for 1 appointment with the ENT. Additionally- this office reminds me of "turn and burn" type sales (yes, sales). The ENT said it was up to me to put tubes in my daughter's ears or not. When I said I would think about it they put me in an office with the scheduler who tried to guilt me into scheduling surgery. They said I would feel terrible about not scheduling it as soon as my daughter got another ear infection. They said if I didn't schedule that day, chances are I would have to come back for another "pre-op" appointment (with more copays). I am so glad I walked out of that office and have no intention of going back. My daughter is now 2 and hasn't had an ear infection in months! Stop trying to guilt parents into scheduling unnecessary surgery!
Physician is great. However.. Office staff is horrible. Unorganized staff, they hang up the phone line little without apology. Just an unpleasant and stressful experience.
We loved him. He installed ear tubes in my 5 year old. Their on call is great.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
