Juan Balaguer's Online Review Report Card

Booked an appointment for virtual and sitting in the "waiting room" for 15 minutes so called Lifestance to see what the problem was. They said our appointment was cancelled (even though the portal said we were next in line for our appointment). We said we never got a cancellation so they connected us to Stacy in his office. She was rude and said we should never had been able to make that appointment since that's his lunch hour. LOL! Took her 5 minutes to find the next appointment available which was over 2 more weeks away only to then say "nevermind, not available until July". Asked to speak to office manager but was told she just left for the day. Extremely poor set up and hassle. Hope the doctor sees this and makes changes.

Great doctor! I don’t know why he has negative reviews. The virtual visits have been a life saver the past year & a half during Covid. He is always on time and thorough.

Excelente atención. En la entrevista inicial se tomó su tiempo. Durante el tratamiento busco la mejor alternativa estuvo dispuesto a contestar las inquietudes. 100% Recomendado.

Doctor Balaguer is an exceptional physician… I been treated by him almost seven years and I can say everything about me has changed. I love my new me!! the confidence I feel about my self is 100 % motivation 100% love myself 100%.. happier… Thanks doctor Balaguer.. recommend 100% The best he is bilingual Spanish and English witch makes feel my conversation easier…

Good doctor who unfortunately works in a medical practice with new owners who have ridiculous business practices that interfere with patient care.

Dismissed nearly every adverse side effect I was having and said since it was uncommon for the medication to do that it was “just my anxiety”. Well come to find out in a genetic study that I gave him, I shouldn’t have ever been on that medication because my body doesn’t break it down correctly. He never called to tell me, I had to find out on my own. He is probably a nice person but I didn’t feel like he cared about me or my health.
