I’ve been going to Dr. Hoffman for 14 years. He is the only doctor that never gave up on me. He is the only doctor that helped me successfully get and stay sober. I have referred many people to him. I now have 4 years sober. Great family doctor office environment.

Dr. Hoffman isn't just a doctor he's someone who TRULY cares for his patients he listens and I can be honest and open and not feel judged the staff r very sweet people I'm very BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND this place I recommend DR And his staff

Most amazing staff and Dr. Hoffman is more than just a treating physician. He truly cares about his patients and their wellbeing. I would reccomend over 5 stars if I could!

The staff was nice but the doctors tactics were Inadequate. I paid for treatment but the doc restricted Access to medications and treatment wasn't provided properly. Things happen very fast and the doc wasn't equipped nor has the experience to treat serious addiction issues.

I’ve been going to Dr. Hoffman for a few years. He’s helped me through terrible times. Always makes time for me. Great bed side manner. He actually really cares. The staff is also top notch and on point. Couldn’t say enough good things about this office. Thanks!

Dr Hoffman is the most kind Dr i have ever met he is so understanding and truly cares about you health When your with him its like you are the most important person in the world Do the gentleman complaining you probably should practice the 12 step program DR HOFFMAN HAS SAVED MANY LIVES INCLUDING MINE GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE
