Kristin Jackson's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Jackson was wonderfully down to Earth, thorough and knowledgeable. She was also in no rush and was so generous to educate me as a patient as it related to the steps of the exam, the findings and the treatment options. Her staff was also incredibly kind. I'm taken aback at how all-around-smooth the whole appointment went.

I have seen Dr Jackson for several yeaes even before this location. I've seen her RN on occasion, who is fantastic! And I recently met with her new PA. She was very kind. I was only coming into get a refill script but her bedside manner was as expected for all who work with Dr Jackson. I would gladly see her again. Last but not least the front desk!! Those ladies are always a pleasure!

This is an Exceptional Physician. Dr. Jackson, is the most wonderful, gentle, and knowledgeable, Urologist/ Gynecologist; I have ever had an examination for my UTI issues. Dr. Jackson, is caring, answered my questions, ( many , May I say) along with a procedure that was expressed in great detail, about what she was looking to find; based on my examination. I highly recommend this Doctor, for any of your Bladder, UTI issues you may be experiencing. Please, I strongly advise you to please, call upon Dr. K. Jackson for your health care. I am so grateful my Dr referred me to Dr. Jackson.

Good luck getting someone to call you back. I use to love this office, not sure what has happened. Seems to be all about money and not patient care.

I've been seeing dr jackson for over 6 years. I had 3 inter stim surgeries replacements. And they went well except this one the last one. Dr Jackson puts on a good face like she's all in what your telling her but this time she's changed. Not the same dr. I've has 6 bladder infections in 4 months came to see her about it we had a plan and she dropped the ball I'm getting worse and she hasn't cared and no phone calls nothing. I even found out from the medtronic agent at a drs office that when she replaces my new one she left a wire or wires rapped up and placed them in a whole without taking them out. I've been in horrible pain since this last replacement the pain is vibrant ing up and down my back it's spamming all our my back both sides.i really wish I new what went on in my surgery. So from my point of view run from this dr there are others out there who care

Ten thumbs up to Dr. Jackson and her staff. I have reached a stage in my life where doctor's visits are getting difficult for me. I had forgotten the instructions of what to do on arrival, the staff was kind and patient with me. Thank you. Upon arriving into the office, the two young ladies at the front desk lessen my fears even more. Thanks again. The nurse that did my vitals was calming and funny...my blood pressure was great. She is awesome!!. And to Dr. Jackson, you were so kind in putting me at ease, when I felt my worse. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Maxine Lunn

Didn't feel like she really cared about me as a patient. Too long of a story to post.

Recently Premarin vaginal cream was perscribed for me. I would have liked to have known how very expensive it was ahead of time. There are coupons available that I did not know about after I paid for the medicine.

I waited 30 days to see her for menopause issues, she just answered some questions charged 175 dollars , didn’t do anything and referred to someone else ,very uncaring doctor !
