Overall everything was great! I love how organized everything was and the staff was very friendly, compassionate, skilled, and organized. What I don’t like is feeling desperate about how I was going to pay for my son’s needed surgery. I was notified a week or so before the surgery that I had a patient responsibility due because of my benefits. I explained that I had already paid the physician’s fee and that I had met my deductible and that I had to pay a coinsurance. They wouldn’t work with me, would do a payment plan, told me if I didn’t pay that they would cancel my son’s surgery. Of course I will do anything in my power for my child! I didn’t have the money, borrowed from family and paid. Let me say, guess what?!….I was correct and I had met my financial responsibility and now I am owed the money I paid, a few hundred dollars. Haven’t heard a word from them about my money. It’s ludicrous that centers are able to play with people like this. I work for a surgery center and we don’t argue with patients and we also don’t force them to chose between their health and paying their bills. We allow them to wait for the insurance to be billed and pay later, go on a payment plan, pay half, apply for Care Credit…several practical options. My son’s surgery was at the beginning of April, it’s now June and I have heard nothing and received no reimbursement. It’s shameful! Very disappointed about that aspect so everything that was awesome is almost cancelled out by the billing and business office practices.

Ms.Mo. & Ms. Nicole was the best. Everyone else was very welcoming.

My son had surgery just this morning. Everyone was friendly and caring. My son loved everyone he came across or interacted with. They made sure my son felt comfortable and safe. Thank you to everyone there you guys are awesome!

My 14 month old had to have surgery on both eyes. All the nurses were so wonderful, caring, the anesthesiologist was kind when explaining what was being done on his end. Dr. Marsh was very caring and you could tell he was confident and in his element. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience once again :) I will always recommend to come here and to the Eye Physicians associated up stairs :)

Outstanding across the board. Staff/nurses were amamazing in every respect. Had shoulder surgery and could not have run any smoother. I am a low maintenance type person. I ask very few questions, they answered all and explained the rest that I needed to hear. Treated me like I was their family.

Was very shocked to read some of the bad reviews from this place. My son had a procedure monday and the staff was amazing. Building was clean and following all covid safety measures. Our nurse tiffany was great with my son. And all the drs came in to explain the procedures and their roles. Post op nurses were great as well. They took very good care of my son and had us at ease during the procedure. We were there a total of 2.5 hours in total.

Highly recommend. Of course, my wife and I were nervous about having our child undergo any kind of surgical procedure. But the staff was ultra friendly and attentive, the facility was extremely clean, and the procedure went very very smoothly and quickly. We could not be happier!

Here you will find the best team you’ll ever see. I was amazed by all the ladies. Unfortunately I just remember one name “María” she was very sweet, but honestly all of them are GREAT.

The surgery center itself is disappointing. First off, it was not very clean what so ever. Between myself and my insurance, the surgery center has received thousands and thousands of dollars. I received another bill from them and I then asked for a bill broke down line by line with prices. What they sent me was a joke, “$x,xxx.xx ambulatory surgery center” and the same on another line. That’s great but I need it broke down item by item and I can’t seem to get that from them.
