Dr. Gutierrez was quite rough with my daughter's intubation for her tonsillectomy. After a 20-30 min procedure, my daughter came out with a sliced tongue (on both sides). She has so much pain from the trauma caused to her tongue that she said it hurt worse than the tonsillectomy recovery and had a challenging time eating/drinking during recovery. While her tongue has almost healed from the deep gashes, her tongue is now misshapen, with two large pumps that protrude on both sides. Even after the mishap to her tongue during surgery, Dr. Gutierrez did not come and speak with me afterwards to let me know what happened.

I went into anaphylactic shock while undergoing a routine laposcopic hysterectomy surgery at Celebration and when seconds counted he saved my life! He was kind and professional.. He saved my life. I will forever be grateful for him!

Despite the RateMDs Survey group misspelling his name, I went to some effort to find place to leave a review for him- friendly, open, informative, thorough and a great sense of humor. I had knee surgery at Celebration Health in Kissimmee FL and he was the smiling face I saw on being admitted. I am "medical personnel" have done surgical assist, in ortho surgery, so I knew what was coming and what I could expect, and this truly was a 5 star patient experience.
