Picked up film. Ready on time.
Always I’m happy with this placebut today i really surprisedI KNOW THAT S FRIDAY”But I talk to my boss give me permission out early of course I need to work late supposedly I have 3 test today But the lady said NO ONLY ONE Really?i have years come over here and is my first time they told me that?i read perfectly fine and they say I have 3 differently test today So now I need found another place because the lady no really want to work “””because is to late at 200 pm ???
I had an appointment set up to do a CT scan and the Maitland office had told me to come in to pick up something that I would need before I received the CT scan. When I arrived after 20 minutes they figured out that I didn’t need anything before the CT scan. They then told me To bring a copy of my insurance card which I did they made copies and today I received a A statement that reads they don’t have a copy of my insurance card. I called the Maitland office where I received the CT scan and the lady that answered the phone said that they do have a copy of my insurance card. She cannot communicate with her billing department that she had a copy of my insurance and asked me to call the same billing number that I was on hold for for 22 minutesI called the billing department and after 22 minutes of being Number one to be attended next It Forwarded me to voicemail. Seems the office does not have any consideration for someone else’s time.
Radiologist missed lesion on Brain MRI in August and October of 2020 repeat scans completed at another faculty in April 2021 identified lesion and that is was present in prior scans causing me at least 6 month delay in treatment.
This is my second visit and have had a pleasant experience thus far. Just today I was accommodated to fulfill and appointment for tomorrow which was super helpful. Sometimes timing makes the difference to satisfy an urgent request and understanding from us the customers can help make the employees more willing to go above and beyond. ☀️
Avoid This Location.Receptionist was in the parking lot most of the time instead of her desk. She forgot to upload my previos MRIs for comparison and when I asked for it she said she doesnt even know the radiologist because they work from home. Ive been calling since then but it is hard to get an answer. They couldnt careless about patients as long as their insurance is paying.
Went in on April 2nd for an ultra sound. Everything went fine. Office and patient areas were very clean and staff was both professional and some what friendly. i was informed it would take 2-3 business days to get the results, At which time they would be sent to my Urologist for my next appointment. Well took 2 weeks to hear anything and in fact I did not hear from San Lake Imaging. it took multiple calls from myself and my primary doctor to get in touch with anyone. Apparently my images were just sitting on someone's desk or some file somewhere waiting for someday when someone would get around to evaluating them. You know for a 900 dollar image I expect better service. Customer service is just as important on the back end as it is the front end. Sand Lake Imaging is all friendly and welcoming when you need to make an appointment but God forbid you need anything after service is rendered. Will not be recommending or returning-Craig Bradshaw
Extremely disorganized and do not appear to communicate with each other. Spent 45 minutes on the phone giving scheduler all my information. When I arrived at appointment I had to complete it all over again. My appointment was scheduled for 640PM. I called day of appointment to see if I could come early scheduler stated yes they had appointment at 3Pm. I arrived only to find out they had NO APPOINTMENT FOR ME at this time. I had to return at 640 PM. Technician was rude insensitive to my pain. Did not want to help me on and off of MRI table. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROUP. It is also very difficult to get a copy of your bill as billing is done out of state. AVOID this compnay
Everyone was very nice and accommodating except the one who performed the MRI. SHE was not nice very rough and a day later I’m still sore because of how she forced my foot into the holder. It’s too bad she hates her job it really shows especially when there’s so many others out there who really need one
My advice is to make your appointment at the office on Turkey Lake Road instead. Maitland office is a mess. Showed up for appointment and wouldn’t see me because they needed prior images. Never asked me about them or advised me of this. All prior images were done here except last two. Gave them contact info to get prior two images and had to be rescheduled for 4 weeks later. Called the day before new appointment to confirm images were received. They were never requested Sand Lake office is hopefully getting this straightened out before tomorrow’s appointment. But if not I’ll have to reschedule again Very frustrated. There is breast cancer in my family I’m past due for my semiannual mammogram and hoping I won’t be rescheduled again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
