Excellent experience meeting & talking with Dr. Buck. Unfortunately he is no longer at this facility. FPG Family Physicians Group of Lake Underhill is in total chaos. the staff has no idea what there doing. just try and schedule an appointment. the phone rings excessively and then you get an answering service in the middle of the afternoon, excessively long hold times. He has relocated to the VA.

He is a great doctor, but you wait over and hour after your appointment schedule to see him. When you are sick, the wait is uncomfortable.
