Sandcastle Homecare's Online Review Report Card

Worst home care provider and horrible experience. The owner, Alex Castillo, is very young and inexperienced. It's clear that he's only in this for the money and his compassionate story on their website is a farce. Trust me and others who have said the same here. Avoid this company at all costs if you want your loved ones to be treated well.You can tell that they hire people with zero caregiving experience and based on their low quality, it's clear that these caregivers get paid very little and hate their job. The one's that I've spoken with have all told me that Sandcastle is a terrible place to work and that the owner even derides their clients in their staff meetings.The young owner fakes empathy and is crooked. He has had several arrests over the years that he hides very well. I can't stress it enough when I say as others have here. Stay away from this place. There are much better options out there.

Sandcastle Homecare is the best home health aide services hands-down

I was in need of a home nurse to aid my mother who’d shattered her shoulder back in December. I had 2 direct interactions with Sandcastle, first time upon calling their customer service to schedule a home nurse and the 2nd time the actual nurse who showed up to spend time aiding my mother. Both interactions were extremely professional and quick to assist and accommodate which is exactly what was necessary at the time. The service rep was very helpful and caring while the nurse was super cheerful and kind which made my mother feel at total ease. Strongly recommending this company.

I'm not sure how this company got a high rating from anybody. Like Rick Yow said you get no shows, caregivers coming extremely late and nobody from Sandcastle calling to let you know that the people aren't coming or that they're going to be late. In many cases low quality care from the people they send. It's a wonder that this place is still in business!

I highly recommend Sandcastle for your family care they are very professional and knowledgeable on personal care and as an employee of this company they are very respectful and honest on who they hire it’s a great company to work for.

I have had many dealings with this wonderful company in a professional aspect over the last several years. The employees at Sandcastle care deeply about the clients they service. They are treated like family. The company itself is very quick to call back should any need arise. They are extremely dependable and caring. I would not hesitate to use them should your loved on needs extra help. Melissa and Kathy are the first line of service and will make sure everything is coordinated without any doubts and with a smile! They are always dependable and have the highest integrity.

Sandcastle is where I turn for any private care needs. The entire team is always so extremely helpful. Their pricing structure makes it possible for people to afford the assistance they need! I work in home health and this is the company I called when I needed assistance with my mom. You will not be disappointed!
