July 13, 2022 To Whom It May Concern: So often in this hustle and bustle world of ours, we pass up the opportunity to say thank you when one gets superior care or service. I’m guilty myself. I want to express my sincerest gratitude to a physician I have had the privilege to meet and get health care from. Shirley Zelikovsky, MD was my primary care doctor in Palm City when I moved there and she took excellent care of both my husband and myself. When we moved we had to get a new physician and it was tough. We were fortunate enough to find a good one after several tries. During the Covid crisis it was nearly impossible to get any appointments much less prescription renewals. I found “telehealth” and Dr Zelikovsky once more. To say I was thrilled is an understatement. My husband landed in the hospital with the dreaded illness for three months last year. I called on Dr Zelikovsky for advice when our own primary was overloaded herself with patients and trying her best to help, which she did. However, without Dr Zelikovsky and her telemedicine, we could not have gotten through it all. She has a naturally caring personality and a kind demeanor. Her advice was life saving for my husband. Being confined myself I was able to get with her and get my own medical needs handled via phone. At that time pharmacies were even delivering for free so I was able to recover quickly and concentrate on my husband in the hospital. Telemedicine is a fantastic concept and I still rely on it and Dr Zelikovsky’s expertise. I can’t say enough good about this service and I believe Dr Zelikovsky is just wonderful. Why didn’t someone do this years ago? I have recommended Dr Zelikovsky and telehealth medicine to other family members and they all agree. We couldn’t ask for a better physician or a more dedicated one who takes her oath seriously. I hope we are able to continue to have her for our in between medical needs via phone because sometimes you just need a doctor and not an emergency room. She's the best doctor I have ever seen... She's kind, caring, funny. Don't listen to the other fake reviews. I look forward to my appointments with her every few months. I enjoy our talks.

Throughout my entire appointment she continued to text and use her phone which I found inappropriate plus she wasn’t all there.
