I have tried to contact these people so much to get my sons shot records and it’s been a week and still nothing. I need to enroll my child in school here in MD. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional facility before. I am super unhappy. My child needs to start school

Dont bother calling and you cant make an appointment online so dont bother trying that either. Will prob have to change offices bc of this absurdity.

Doctor Todd is great he actually listens and speak with you about the plan of care I wasnt getting proper care from my doctor across the road over the Health First clinic who cant even spend the time to listen ...I was getting so depressed but after going to this clinic I did the right medical work and has gotten medication that works. Thank you guys.

I love the provider my kids see. But your customer service and phone system are lacking. I waited on hold for 2 hours yesterday to schedule and ended up hanging up. Today I call because you open at 8 and your phone system is still off. The urgent care is open until 4 and yours is too far for me to go and bring 3 kids. Loving our provider is the only good thing. Maybe time to find a new clinic.Edit I have tried to go to the link that was sent and it brings me to the just the website which also doesn’t scroll down. I called to make my son an appointment this morning and there are no available appointments at all. I was told to bring him to the hospital he has a cold. This is my sign that my family will be going another route for our care. It’s absolutely crazy that there are never appointments and I’m told to take my kids to the hospital. Your call center employees need better training about compassion and empathy and need crash course in how not to be rude. I would never recommend BHA.

Love the doctor my kids see but have literally been on hold for almost 25 minutes and counting for someone to answer the phone. This is ridiculous

I recently became a patient of Dr. Todd and had an amazing experience. I was brought in on time the medical assistant was professional and welcoming Dr. Todd spent ample time listening to my concerns and was compassionate throughout the visit.

The attention is horrible my mother is 70 years old and has heart surgery and she was 2 hours waiting for them to attend her having an appointment it is always the same People get nervous waiting and leave

0 ⭐ THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE EVEEERR But when u go in the office they sit right by the phone laughing and talk with each other. PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY SICK UNBELIEVABLE
