I should have know there would be issues when I went to my first appointment and was told that the “front desk girl” never showed up for work and they weren’t sure how to handle a new patient. A few weeks later I tried to get an rx refilled and it took them two weeks to send it to the pharmacy. The worst part? I was told at my first appointment I was scheduled for an endoscopy/colonoscopy for today. After spending the whole day prepping yesterday I finally found out they never had me on the schedule! I had to find out from a random nurse in the hospital because nobody EVER answers the phone at Dr Quanders office and nobody answers the phone in the endoscopy unit I was told to call to find out when I was supposed to be there. I’ve now asked for an office manager to call me back and haven’t received a call. The “office manager” hadn’t showed up to work yet when I spoke to the nurse at 11am. Clearly this office needs new management and staff. Haven’t even met Dr Quander and at this point I don’t want to. Go somewhere else!

Not sure why only allowed to see one review and sadly it is a 5 star and not the negative ones. When I was first in the hospital she did a procedure on me I ended up bleeding and out of all doctors for Crohn's I ever had I never bled. When she came into my room to talk to me about the procedure she spent less than 2 mins. talking to me about it and the rest of the time talking about how I was going to pay her bill. She is also very forgetful, tried to give me a business card 2x kept forgetting she already gave one to me. This is a sign I need another doctor.

I saw Amanda, Dr. Quander's NP and she was thorough and everyone there was very pleasant.

Dr. Quander offer me great care and seem to know what she is doing. She listens to me and make sure she understands my medical problems and how to take care of myself.I would recommend her to anyone.

I saw doc for abdomen pain. She ordered blood work and CT scan which came back negative for infections and then said I don't know you may want to get a second opinionShe doesn't listen to you.Staff is unfriendly except Gibson.

Today was my first visit to this doctor. I must say that this is how doctors and doctor's staff/office should be! She took her time with me. Asked me questions and answered my questions. Listened to my concerns and genuinely wants to help me feel better and get to the cause of my issue.I highly recommend this doctor and facility. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.
