Damani Hosey's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Hosey is Awesome! He is kind and genuine. He takes time to explain and he listens to you speak and explain how your feeling and then come up with a plan. He includes you and listens to your opinions and thoughts on the situation.

After having Dr Hosey care for my mother for over a year. I can say he was not giving her the care you would expect In my opinion. I was present at all appointments and shared all her issues with him only to no avail. He always left me with the feeling he was not interested in his patient quality of life. During her last visit He diagnosed she needed a gallbladder removed and wanted her to see a surgeon. Only that was not the issue. She passed away having several infections and divicatitus. She was not a candidate for any surgery...

I have been a patient of Dr Hosey for over 2 years. He is kind and considerate and listens to my issues. In my opinion his office staff is also very nice. You only get treated the way you treat people. And I have had nothing good treatments by Dr Hosey and his staff.

I can't say how Dr. Hosey was for my husband never got in to see him. He had fallen the day of appointment and laid on floor for 6 hours until I found him after work. I made another appointment online only to be called the next day by a rude office worker that said he should have called. Well when you can't get to the phone or door, you're helpless. I was also informed that Dr. Hosey does not reschedule when you miss an appointment. If that's true, I wonder what kind of doctor he could be?

The staff was nice and friendly. Everything went pretty well. Dr. Hosey seemed pretty unengaged when I saw him like he was busy and and uninterested. Based on the symptoms I talked with him about and what I was doing that was helping my symptoms, I didn't feel like he knew what was wrong with me. I went and saw another doctor who diagnosed me with the opposite thing (and explained what processes in the body are associated) and the treatment is natural (and over the cointer) and working awesomely. Just my experience. Maybe yours will be better. I don't know what his area of expertise is. I cancelled my prescription from Hosey (I'm glad I didn't take) and follow the up visit with Hosey.

i heard alot about Dr Hosey, is he taking new patients. i am looking for a primary doctor since Dr. Ronald Trout has left the practice.

Agree with sentiments of others. Current office staff is not courteous, although Dr. Hosey is great. I created a gmail account just to write this review. I have been a long time patient along with my family, but there is a serious lack of quality in his general staff. According to his non-medical personnel who answer the phone, a ruptured ear drum doesn't qualify for an urgent appointment. It has been 3 years since I have needed to visit due to working across the state, so now I may end up with permanent hearing damage thanks to Barb in his office. Awaiting call back from office manager, ridiculous.
