The only reason I’m giving this office 3 stars is because I LOVE my doctor….but the staff there is very unprofessional! Olga which is the supervisor is not understanding at all and DONT need to be working with patients!!!!! I turned in my FMLA documents 3 weeks ago and when I called today 07/05/2023 I was told Melanie is on vacation. I paid for my documents and they said 7-14 days and this lady on vacation . Then Olga felt as though I had an attitude in which I should because of their lack of care and she didn’t even show me a sense of sympathy AT ALL! WHO gave her that position????? You’re working with patients learn to show care ! I can’t wait to see Dr TUNG and show her my review and tell her how nasty her staff can be. It’s not all of them but iv dealt with 4 different RUDE females there like they hate their job or something! That’s another reason I’m writing this review because I HATE dealing with unprofessional nasty people in the healthcare industry. I’m a pharmacy technician and behavioral health specialist I will NEVER treat my patients and clients that way I GO ABOVE AND BEYOND for them!!!!! And btw this is BREANNA

Absolutely agree with phenomenal mommy's review. Same experience. I'm white so I wouldn't reserve the warning for black women only.

Request a different doctor if you are black. She will not listen to you if you are in pain or having any other complications. Her bedside manner is terrible; Very insensitive, unprofessional and uncaring. I had to be revived while in her care after complaining of weakness and pain. She will not listen and insists that things can’t be as bad as you are telling her.

She misdiagnosed me. She told me I had Genital Herpes, when I really had Vaginitis. I was panicking for a week (for no reason) while I waited swab results. I was taking Vaclovir for helping the virus when I did not need to nor have it. I had my PCP and OBGYN from New England area review my bloodwork and swab results to understand what I really had (just moved from New England so I know them well). Will never go back there, ever again.

BEWARE!! Cold and Condescending/Humiliating- Developed Infection after Transvaginal Ultrasound (NO ONE WENT OVER MY RESULTS WITH ME)- Office Staff HUNG UP on me when I called to be seen for the infection. Went to another OBGYN in West Palm (Advanced Women's was WONDERFUL!) I had BOTH BV and YEAST and I PRAY that is all as this REALLY concerns me as to the cleanliness of their facility and whether or not they are properly sterilizing their equipment! They obviously do not care

Staff is always so friendly and personable. Appointments are always on time and Dr. Tung takes her time to explain everything and answer any question(s) you may have. I am very pleased with this office and Dr. Tung

I really liked her. She was very friendly and easy to speak with. She didn't pressure me for any special tests etc. She was quick and my visit was short. I will gladly recommend her to my friends and neighbors. Thank you.
