I had another appointment today and it went as well as the other appointments. This makes my fifth or sixth appointment for implants and other care, this year. I have said this before, but it's worth repeating. Bedside manner is the most important thing to me, because, if a person is comfortable and relaxed, it's conducive to a nice experience and in getting better. Dr. Rodriguez is a very nice lady. Her, husband, who works with her, is a very nice man. The staff of an office is reflective of the person who is in charge. The staff is polite and professional. They talk to you and not at you. Dr. Rodriguez is very good at what she does and I have full trust in her. I recommend Dr. Rodriguez, because she is confident, honest and always treats me with the utmost of care and kindness. Most people usually dread going to the dentist, but in this case, I actually look forward to going to the dentist's office. That, in itself, speaks volumes.

Very disappointed in my free consult experience. I spent some time with Mr. Rodriguez who was kind and compassionate as he tried to access my CT images. Dr Rodriguez spent a decent amount of time with my husband, but only about 3 minutes with me! She glanced at the CT scan & pano I brought with me. She told me it was a challenging case and recommended I go back to the doctor who had done my previous implants. Even if Dr. Diana Rodriguez believed she did not have the skill set to help me, I believe I deserved a few minutes to discuss my concerns and some questions. She came across as uncaring and abrupt. I did not see the doctor the 5 star reviews reflect.

Words cannot express how exceptional Dr. Rodriguez is!! it was great service since I walked through those doors and I will be definitely be coming back for more work by her. Dr. Rodriguez knows what she is doing she is very attentive and very informative. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. If you come here you will not regret it. The office is easy to get to, bright, very clean, all staff is very friendly especially the one who sits at the front desk. Dr. Rodriguez deserves 10 Stars.

I am glad that this office/dentist takes people's opinions seriously and corrects administrative procedures.

Unfortunately I didn't even have time to see Dr. Rodriguez. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed by the administrative staff. I can only say that I called for an appointment on Thursday July 7 and gave all my insurance information. I asked the office assistant if Dr. Rodriguez takes my insurance and the answer was "yes". My appointment was scheduled for July 15 @2pm. I received a called exactly on July 15 @ 11am saying that Dr. Rodriguez couldn't see me because she doesn't take my insurance. What???? You waited 3 hours before my appointment time to notify this? You couldn't tell me this before? You had a whole week to tell me this. I think this is not professional, I think this is extremely rude and it shows no respect for people/patients. Time is valuable for everybody. I could have gotten another dentist during all this time. I REALLY FEEL DISRESPECTED. I would recommend whoever makes an appointment with Dr. Rodriguez make sure she really takes your insurance. Ask them over and over again. Even if they say "yes" call and ask a few more times to make sure they don't do to you the same thing they did to me.

Diana is amazing! Took her time to explain and answer any questions I had!

Love this place ...excellent people .....very professional....clean and beautiful place ....they even have at tv ......so you can watch it went you getting work done in your mouth...love it 100 recomendable...

Dr. Rodriguez and her staff are wonderful! They are friendly and there is never a wait. They call to remind you to schedule your appt and are able to work around your schedule. I would definitely recommend!
