Had a colonostopy on July 7th 2023 the staff couldn't cer Dr Englander was great he made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this Doctor and staff

if i could give 0 stars I would. The worst office I have ever dealt with. Please for your own good, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Called three times to get an appointment. Left my name and my number and the reason I was calling, and have never heard back. I called for a fourth time this morning, and got the same exact message that everybody was busy and to leave a message for a prompt return call. Nobody bothers to call me back.

If i could leave 0 stars in would. First of all the office is impossible to get a hold of. There is no communication and if you do talk to someone they give a bunch of run a round. It took me 6 months to complete a 3 month treatment which was completely executed by myself and my patient advocate. The nurses and Dr at this office did not care to return phone calls or give good patient care. Second Dr. Englander is a very sarcastic and down right mean person. When i brought the issues above to his attention all he had to say was it was weird and tried pointing blame at me and a nurse who worked there. Even my patient advocate said the process was the most ridiculous thing she had ever seen and to stay away from this Dr. As soon as possible

Zero stars This doctor ..... not sure how he's still in practice - no bedside manners, communication skills horrible, listening skills even worst. not my kind of doctor, rude. The check out guy was just as bad/rude. No one answers the telephone. VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK, prepare to be insulted or not acknowledged when entering exam room with doctor. Horrible service. Pros: Nurses were very kind and personable. Office was clean.

I am a local lawyer in town. When it was time for my colonoscopy I went back to the Dr. who cared for me the 1st time, Dr. Englander. The good doctor and his assistants were tremendous in putting me at ease for my procedure today. They were so kind and caring from the beginning to the end! I recommend them 100%! Gentlemen, take your health seriously; these screens save lives!

I have been a patient of Dr Englander for almost 10 years. His staff has always been pleasant, professional and friendly. He, is very caring and patient.

1st appointment was exceptional. Detailed , knowledgeable and and was quite attentive to my concerns. Accommodated me quickly as a new patient with an appointment. I look forward to further consultations with Dr. Englander.

Nightmare, histories of family cancer,cancer survivors. His and hers procedures scheduled separate dates. Called to re-shedule his more than 24hrs ahead. Office dropped the ball, Dr. blamed patient in person, very rude. She had the procedure anyway. Dr. indicated to him," alls well for 5 yrs. (No polyps). " 5 months later, primary care physician indicateds colon full of polyps on report. This guy has not any credibility, anger management issues,and hopefully his lying will not result in colon cancer in this case. No bueno.

Stay away from this Doctor's office. Horrible waiting time over 1 hour and when he is ready to see you asks you to come into the same room he sees all his patients, never cleans it or anything. The phone staff that confirm appointments are disrespectful and want it their way. It seems they forgot who pays their bills. Just as a reminder, without us the patients, there is no work for you, so start treating people right, clean that dirty place and have a courteous and ethical manner to threat customers/patients.
