I had a nurse ask me what my rush was when dealing with chronic fatigue and possibly a sleep disorder. Dr. Florez herself is a reflection of her staff with very poor puctuality and ignorance towards what steps to properly take.

Had an appointment with Dr Florez, and waited over 2 hours, until finally I walked out. Don't go to the clinic on 45th if you want to wait all day! Unacceptable!

I would not recommend this office, I called as a new patient with a terrible sinus infection on January 2nd I was told the first available appointment was mid March, needless to say I won't be going to this office ever, it didn't matter to them that I was ill, I gave one star only because you have to I really would have put zero stars
