Dr Minas is very caring and knowledgeable and does what’s best to help his patients. As a practicing ER physician I can appreciate how he cares for his patients. When I initially consulted him for a cartilage injury in my knee, he found the best solution to allow me to achieve the best opportunity to return to my active lifestyle. I highly recommend him for his exceptional care and attitude to help his patients.

Would highly recommend Dr. Minas. Had a knee revision by Dr. Minas post TKR by another provider which was considered a failure. Both Dr. Minas, his team, and everyone at the Paley Institute and St. Mary’s were knowledgeable, very attentive and caring, as well as very professional. Since discharge a member of his team has called to check on my status and a member of St. Mary’s pharmacy has also called to review my medications and to answer any of my concerns/questions. Right now I am still undergoing rehab, but my knee has already improved with my mobility and flexion, and I am hopeful for a complete recovery. I was very comfortable in Dr. Minas’s care, and his experience with this procedure made me feel that I had chosen the right surgeon.

I did not feel rushed, and I felt listened to. Dr. Minas explained in a language I could understand. The post surgery care at the hospital has been great. I have recommended him to several friends already.

Almost lost my leg after having post op complications. His staff was dismissive when I called. When I finally did see him, he just sent me to pt. The physical therapist was shocked when she saw my leg. Couldn't understand why he would even think to send me, as there was nothing she could do. She and I made numerous calls to his office, never heard back. I ended up needing 3 subsequent surgeries, one of which was performed by a colleague, as he was going on vacation for several weeks. He made the comment if he was aware of the situation, he could have done the procedure. I said how could you have not been aware? He and his office were completely inept. Thanks to another surgeon, at a different facility I gained the use of my leg back.

Responsiveness, professionalism, great Surgical Center coupled with St. Mary’s Hospital. Doctor Minas is an incredibly skilled surgeon. So happy he performed my TKR.

He’s quick and to the point, but he listens to you and takes time to interact with you before and after the exam or conversation about your condition. Dr. Minas and his team are friendly welcoming they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend all of the doctors that I have use so far at the Paley institute, which is a phenomenal place.
