Used the only breast MRI located in the keys! They got me in quickly! Had a later appointment but Dr B got things aligned so I have information with me when I meet my new surgeon. Thank you!

My husband took my daughter to the marathon location after she came down with an ear infection while on vacation. He reported that the front desk lady was absolutely wonderful, took both our primary insurance and secondary insurance with no issues! (A lot of urgent cares get grumpy when we say we have two insurances.) My 5 year old said the nurse and doctor were both nice and quick. Super thankful that there was somewhere to take her to get antibiotics before we have to fly home.

Got there at 9am with several people in front of me, all I needed was blood work, told me to take a seat there were a few people ahead of me, after 7 people came in after me and left I asked the person at the desk why all people after me have come and gone? See said oh I thought you left? Never called my name out or looked for me??? I asked her if I left wouldn’t you think I would ask for my paper work back???!! Only in the keys can you the most incompetent people working!!!!!!!!

I went for an MRI & the staff were both professional & friendly as well. During the MRI the doctor was professional , knowledgeable & very compassionate / kind. He went out of his way to make me comfortable during the MRI process. All the nurses / assistants were friendly & really worked together to achieve prep before & after the MRI. Very clean facility & coffee ☕️ & snacks available also. I give it a 5 Star ⭐️ I highly recommend 👍

Today, I completed an MRI of my back and I can’t say enough of how comfortable, professional and caring the staff was to me. I felt like I was with my own family. What a great service to have here in the Keys!

Well I will have to give them 10 stars lol. I was on vacation a week and had to go in two times. Once for an infected finger that had to be lanced and once for having the flu. Dr. O’Conner was spot on both times. Right treatment’s and medications. Same feelings about all the staff. Wish I could remember all of their names. Front desk, financial assistant and of course all the wonderful nurses. All were very courteous, concerned and prompt. Also a reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with Advanced Urgent Care. A big thank you to all of you.
