Susan and staff have saved my family so much hassle on several occasions. I am born and raised in Marathon and have always known we have minimal pediatric care locally. Susan is a well kept secret, not only is she knowledgeable and experienced, she is great with children. My child has special needs and the lengths they’ve gone to accommodate him are simply amazing. Beth always went out of her way to be sure we got the best care possible and Susan has been nothing but great each time we’ve had the pleasure to see her. Thank you Baptist Urgent care for being available to our community and thank you Susan for being the absolute best at what you do.

Sick on vacation is the absolute worst, but we felt very comfortable with Susan Baker and the girls at the front desk who got us and in and out and feeling better!! Thank you so much!!

I stopped in due to a bad rash on my foot. I was impressed by the concern and friendly approach given by the nurse practicioner. Her diagnosis was spot on. I followed her advice and started applying the prescribed cream. Within 2 days my condition started improving and has now completely healed. So thankful this clinic was available and the treatment was so successful. Would not hesitate to use this clinic again!

Stopped after being sick for the first week of my vacation. They were so nice inside...from the receptionist to the doctor! Even though no one ever wants to get strep throat, at least I can start my recovery before I get home. Thanks to you all.

My experience with this clinic was highlyUnsatisfactory. My 8 month old son while on vacation was exhibiting signs of an ear infection. I took him to this clinic in hopes that my suspicions could be confirmed (I am an experienced RN) and assumed this would be an easy task. Rather than assisting, the clinic refused to see my son because he had a very low fever. They referred me to the hospital and told me this was an emergency (grossly inaccurate), and sent me out the door.

I was vacationing and had a medical problem and went to the convenient care for treatment. Every person who saw me was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was seen quickly and given excellent treatment. I would recommend this care facility to anyone. I want to thank them for their kind compassionate care
