I wish they understand the importance of working on schedule. They were sending me text appointment reminders almost every day but when I came 15 minutes before my time the waiting room was packed with patients and apparently there was a backlog of people waiting from yesterday. So no chance to get to the doctor anywhere near my time of appointment. 23 hours wait easily. Please understand that not everyone is on Medicaid and have time to spare. People are working and not always possible to take the whole day of. The whole purpose of making an appointment is to avoid long lines and loss of time. Not to mention that staying in a crowded waiting room for hours is unhealthy during the COVID pandemic. And no masks are not really effective and work as placebo only.

Why place an appointment if you are STILL waiting an hour already and walking were takin before my well placed appointment days in advance?

Dental appointment was canceled by the Marathon CHI office two times due to lack of staffing. The office contacted me a couple days before. Before that another CHI office canceled my dental appointment I saw another review with the same story. If you can see a different dentist I would not even bother with this place

My husband and I are on a trip and got referred to this clinic. We show up at 530 they close at 7. My husband is having severe stomach pains and they tell us they don’t have time to see us even though walk ins are welcome ? and it’s over an hour before they close… Just terrible service to turn someone away who is in pain when the waiting room is empty. I guess you need to have an appointment for even for unexpected things in order to see a doctor at an urgent care

Dr. Glen and his staff are just wonderful Hes got a great sense of humor and very knowledgeable. The staff and nurse are very personable and efficient. The clinic was very crowded but they managed to move everyone along. I was visiting the Keys from Long Island and they were one of the only clinics that would help me.

If you have any other options for health care I wouldn’t recommend this place. All I needed was one vaccine for my daughter to get into 7th grade and it has been the biggest headache and annoyance from the first moment. FL vaccines are supposed to be uploaded to the online portal for every child and I spent the better half of an entire day trying to get her record to start school. I understand that everyone is short staffed but everything is electronic it shouldn’t take two days to get a record that is normally available immediately.

I have been waiting for a referral for my son. The first time I went there they told me someone from behavioral health will be calling me. No one did when I called to see if the referral was done they told me not yet that they was going to submit the order so they can have the referral done and someone will be calling me. I kept on waiting for their phone call I called back 1 month after they told me that my sons referral was done long time ago and it expired. So I made another appointment with my sons doctor about 1 month ago and here I am same game and lies again. I went in person 2 Saturdays on a roll to see if the referral was done. And the lady at the front desk told me that she is the director of that department and she was going to make sure they have the referral done. So went back again and I saw her again on the second Saturday and she told me the same the referral was NOT DONE YET. So now this is the 3rd SATURDAY that I will be going again to see if the referral is done so todays date is SATURDAY 7312021 LETS SEE WHAT SHE GOING TO SAY mind you that next Friday 872021 will be month 2 since I asked for the second request for a referral. The referral only last 90 days and in 1 more month will be the 90 days and they HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR MY SONS REFERRAL. ON Monday I will be calling my health insurance to see if I can change my sons doctor to somewhere else but this place.

I broke a tooth on a holiday weekend I was seen on a Saturday and she gave me a temporary filling to hold me over through the weekend. I was very pleased with the treatment I received.

Worst facilty I have been to date. Do not expect to get results of any kind of testing. Lab work was not labeled correctly and had to go back and get drawn again. Having worked 16 years in healthcare myself this is a disgrace of a facilty. I will be finding new healthcare provider.
